Thrifty Rent A Car - chevy equinox

Employee Ron Yo argumentative and cutting me off when I was speaking. Telling me they don't have a Jeep Compass that I had reservation # J1819907937 . Said I would be uncomfortable with a mid size SUV and how many were traveling with me. I said 3-4 my mom and auntie. Then he preceded to at your age and mom's age he wouldn't put his mom in that vehicle. He showed me a red KIA but it needed washing. I said I'll wait. Then more customers started to arrive off shuttle and he said I need to get you out of here and said he can put me a white chevy equinox . I said I don't like to rent white vehicles because of the bugs on hwy and they get dirty and their hard to keep clean. He insisted that I take the car. I went out and drove car to the exit where you and another person do a walk around. I noticed the car had not been washed and I return back to lobby to complain that the car was dirty. He asked the guy could he clean the car asap. By the way I'm a 56 yrs old disabled woman on a cane. I asked him can get the car he originally showed me and he said no. I asked why he said it's someone else car. About 5 minutes passed and me and my fiancee were sitting down. He left the front counter and drove the car to lobby to render to me. I said the car is still dirty and he said no its not and I said you can visibly see the dirt on the car and he said oh the outside of vehicle . He took the car ran it thru or hosed it down and returned to front. The car was still dirty and dripping water. I asked him to dry it off and he said we don't do that. My fiancee and I told him we were going to contact corporate and he said you can't complain this is a franchise and he's the manager. I was so dumb founded I look at my fiancee and you believe this nonsense. He was unprofessional and making s... as he go along. I went from Enterprise frequently and thrifty once or twice. I have never experience and type of behavior from others employees. I would not recommend or give Thrifty a good review. I am a very disgruntled customer. I almost requested my money back but my mom and aunt are really looking forward to the yearly get away. I seriously doubt that I will ever rent a vehicle from Thrity again especially if I am not treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. I didn't deserve to be treated in that manner ever!

Thrifty Rent A Car - I am complaining

Rented from Thrifty online price quoted to me was 205.00 - (This is what will be paid at car rental place) This was not what was paid. I ended up paying

294.00 which included 50 refundable deposit which haven't received yet. 25.61 Airport fee - 47.96 SLI which i think is the insurance that i said i didn't need and was told i did need to have when i have my own insurance and AAA. The other couples with me declined this insurance. Also was charged 12.00 vehicle fee. which brought my total to 294.00 i want my money back. because when arrived and there were no cars for us all. three other coupless with us plus 15 people waiting for cars as well we stayed there 1 hour and 45 mins waiting for cars. then they give me 10 percent discount. which equaled nothing because they charged me for alot of expra stuff. the other couples received better discounts for same car. they paid 184 and 147. wth. will never rent from this company again. plus the people were rude there had no idea what they were doing they said they didn't know why they had no cars people were extending when asked when we would get cars they were like we don't know. [censored] and i wnt a rfund.
