Incompetent apartment management staff, especially an *diot -(the brother of the business owner), who they put in charge of all the maintenance staff, who lies to tenants and sends *tupid technicians to routinely fail to make maintenance repairs, fix damaged, or defective mechanisms in the home! They continue to fail to properly repair or replace an out-dated AC unit, that is older than the 60's! Which is why the prior tenants of the home, moved out, and Collier Management has been constantly messing up ever since; poor property management, constant work orders not being neglected, and residents of Collier Management Homes or Apartments are consistently filing complaints against the Company, and one technician told me; that the Collier Supervisors can't even properly manage their own employees- they keep firing their maintenance workers, & they fired another technician, last week! BEWARE: DO NOT RENT OR LEASE AN APARTMENT OR HOUSE FROM COLLIER MANAGEMENT IN AUGUSTA, GEORGIA!

They are rude, racist, and they treat their minority customers like dirt, and they often blame the tenants for their problems, especially for their incompetence on making needed repairs, they make empty promises on allowing residents to stay for many years, when instead; they steal your money & evict you for no reason- in less than a year!
The best way to deal with cyber-bullies & racist ### people, is to just ignore them! And keep on posting Civil Rights Complaints for The N.A.A.C.P.!

Just last week, a statue of Jackie Robinson and Pee Wee Reese in Brooklyn was vandalized with racist slurs and Hitler references. It was another reminder — like we needed one — that "post-racial America" is a fairytale until further notice.
A statue, made of stone, is bad enough. But Adam Jones of the Baltimore Orioles is a person, and what happened to him at AT&T Park on Sunday was just as unacceptable. Jones, who is black, said somebody threw a "banana towards my direction" in the ninth inning of Baltimore's 10-2 victory against the San Francisco Giants.
Bananas have been used, time immemorial, in racist depictions of blacks as being subhuman. In 2011, a white fan threw a banana peel at NHL player Wayne Simmonds, who is black, during a game in London, Ont. Canada.
Worse than graffiti, what happened to Simmonds and Jones is tantamount to being spat upon, with an added insult of racism. In 2013, such behavior cannot be tolerated.
Jones expressed his feelings on Twitter, using (understandably) NSFW language:
I want to thank whatever [slapd---] threw that banana towards my direction in CF in the last inning. Way to show ur class u [censored].
In a way, Jones is being kind by using a (NSFW) slang term used to describe a dunce who doesn't quite know what he or she is doing. After sending his tweet, Jones fielded replies from more ignorant fans defending the banana thrower. As a result, Jones says:
Good chance this means I get off social media soon
That would be a shame. Nobody deserves to be taunted with racism, especially not Jones, who — with the occasional exception — engages fans on Twitter and in real life in a consistently friendly way. He's not perfect, but Major League Baseball needs more guys like Jones on social media, not fewer.
Update: The Giants say, via the San Francisco Chronicle, that they're reviewing surveillance video.
Hopefully, between ballpark security cameras and any live witnesses, the Giants can figure out who threw the banana and ban him from games. He or she should be — and needs to be — embarrassed. And Adam Jones is owed an apology.

Collier management is the worse place to rent from! First they try to evict me because the previous manager put my lease in the computer wrong and tried to make me pay month to month. Then my air went out and it took a minute for them to come and when they did they had to do rewiring to the apartment not to mention my power bill was 230 for that month. Then my hot water went out so they called someone to do that which still took a min and my dishwasher got stopped up and flooded onto the carpet and the garbage disposal messed up as well and when I call someone told me they would be here first thing next the next day but nope no one showed up so I call again and they tried to act like they never talked to me or heard about it so he told me it can take up to 48hrs. For someone to come and told me just don't use my sink let's not remind them I have three children what do you mean don't was dishes and I have to boil water to make it hot ridiculous! ! Last but not least a tree fell on my truck and Totaled it but they say they are not responsible wtf!
