I purchased this Thor Aria 4000 2023 RV on [protected]. Vin Number 4UZACHFC3NCUB9498. Because of my past experiences with other motorhomes, a month before picking up this motorhome, I begged the dealer to please go through and make sure everything works. When we went to pay and pick it up, I had to pay for it first, then they started to show me how everything works. Right at first, the TV's didn't work, Winegard, missing many parts etc.
We were told to come back the next day. We went back nothing had changed, told to come back again. After one week I was told they have to order the parts, because I had many RV reservations, I was told to take it and bring it back later. As we started to take the coach, we found out there was no engine AC. After hours of waiting to fix it, we were told we have to come back later. When we went back, they assured us that the AC was working. I noticed that it wasn't, they said as you drive it it will cool down. We drove it after 15 miles we went back, No AC. We were told to leave it. After two months they said it's fixed and we'll deliver it to your home, which they did. A few weeks later again we started to go on a trip, we realized there was no AC.
With extreme discomfort from the heat we made a short two hour trip and brought it back to the dealer. It stayed at the dealer until late fall, again they delivered it to my home.
I wouldn't dare trust to use the motorhome in the winter. In the spring of 2023 when I tried to use it, we realized, that the AC still doesn't work and most of the other problems were not taken care of, plus leaks from the slides, a new problem. I took it back to them, and begged them to fix all of these problems, again the slides were not fixed. I have given up fighting with this motorhome, because the stress was killing me.
The RV is sitting at another dealers lot to get rid of it. I only have used this motorhome less than 800 miles.
By any law Thor should take this motorhome back. Any judge would realize all the stress and losses I have had. I paid for a new motorhome, not to be put through this most miserable situation and losses. Financially and mentally
Desired outcome: Please take this motorhome back. It is costing me thousands of dollars, by sitting and not being able to use it. Under no circumstances I want to have anything to do with this RV.
