I placed an order for an AC unit for my RV on CamperPartsWorld in March 2020. Unfortunately, they sent me a gas-only unit instead of the electric/gas unit that I had ordered. I tried to contact them through email and phone calls, but I never received a response. The phone line even disconnected when I tried to call them. It was a frustrating experience, and I was disappointed with the lack of customer service.
However, I was lucky enough to stumble upon another RV supplier called Routley's. They were willing to buy the wrong part from me, which was a relief. I appreciated their willingness to help me out, especially after my negative experience with CamperPartsWorld.
Overall, I would not recommend CamperPartsWorld to anyone. Their lack of communication and customer service was unacceptable, and it caused me a lot of inconvenience. I will be looking for a different supplier for my RV needs in the future.

He tells me that they have contacted the manufacturer and will update me within 24 hours. However, I have received several of these same responses, but no updates have been given to me.
Last week, I finally received a response from Stephanie. She told me that I could request a refund, but I was frustrated and called them inept. I only wanted updates on my order, not a refund or discount. Cancelling my order would only extend my need for the AC unit. I feel stuck and frustrated with the lack of communication and updates.
Once I finally receive my AC unit, I will never use CamperPartsWorld again. The lack of communication and updates has been a major inconvenience for me. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future.
