It takes a lot for me to write a negative review but this is been going on for two years now – I asked for the window envelopes to put labels in to ship the packages and they won't give me any. They said to set up my own UPS account and get them from UPS. The UPS store in Gulfbreeze however gives me as many as I want. It's a shame I have to drive 10 miles to get window label envelopes.

I came in with a group of packages at Christmas time in a mini shopping cart. Karen told me carts were for bidden in the store (turns out that's not true). So I had to dump them on the floor and carry them up one of the time.

My wife went Saturday May 28, 2022 to ship some packages and insured them for $1000 each (they were collectible coins). Karen told her that they would have to open the packages and repackage them and charge us for the repackaging. So I wife insured them for $900 which did not require repackaging.

Then I got a call this morning – Tuesday, May 31, 2022 – to come pick up my packages that coins are for bidden items! They did not know this on Saturday when we shipped them? So now it's an issue? – customer service here is horrible, and this one particular woman (Karen) is just plain mean, loud, and rude. She yelled at me across the store about the shopping cart and demanded that I put it outside. She has no place working in a service oriented business. I spoke to the manager about this so we will see what happens!

Desired outcome: replace karen & new management if needed
