To whom it may concern,
Today 12/14/2023 I went to the UPS store on 1200 block of Chestnut Street Philadelphia PA.
There was 1 customer being taken care of and 1 waiting in a black coat. I asked the assistant to assist the lady ahead of me in the black coat, however the manager told the employee to ignore me and take care of her which he did. All I was asking about was a piece of tape to secure my label.
After 1/2 hour and having applied the tape from a different source, after I scanned my return package I requested the managers name. She came barrelling out from the back, insulting me for asking her name. Tried to grab my phone out of my hand after I took a picture of her, then told her employee to call the police and press charges...
This woman is rude and a menace by threatening customers.

Desired outcome: This Manager refused to give me her name. She tried to take my phone out of my hand and threatened to call the police on me after ordering me and pushing me to the street.
