I have been a customer of the UPS store at 2633 McKinney Ave, Suite 130 in Dallas, TX 75204 for several years. Generally, their service is fine but with this new ownership, the service has dropped off substantially and I'm often greeted with the following issues:
1) the store hours seem to constantly change, and they never open on time yet somehow close earlier than what's listed online.
2) whenever a package arrives for a box holder, they never send anymore updates that the package has arrived. Under the previous ownership, I would immediately get a package arrived update.
3) the customer service reps inside the store and the new owners are very argumentative and take a harassing tone.
4) I have discovered price discrepancies, and the store is constantly price gauging and over-charging for basic services.
5) they rarely ever pick up the phone and when they do, they are amazingly disorganized and can never get a right answer.
6) I have had mail missing on countless occasions to only find out it's been placed in the wrong PO box.
7) I have had occurrences where they took a racist tone against me for wearing my religous attire.
Desired outcome: If someone that oversees the UPS Store brands can look into this place and finally do something about it.
