The Shade Store review: Run!!! Not as advertised - terrible quality and dont function properly

Ordered for June install. New home scheduled move in around installation of window treatments install. Came for install in June, it was no the correct fabric we picked out for living room curtains, not the shades we ordered for the kitchen nor the bedroom, not the correct length on the dining room curtain rod (not even close). I was told replacements had been ordered and would arrive July 22. Nope, not true, completely fabricated as nothing had been reordered. Next, finally reordered shades for bedroom and they ordered them in the wrong color. Dining room rod arrives, and we schedule another install only to discover we received 3 panel nonfunctional draperies, not functional drapes as we ordered. (all documented via their notes and my pictures/swatches). 3 different rods have been ordered for the living room because they just can't make them work and this week, they rigged a motor to a 2-story tall drapery track with zip ties. The roman shades don't work, the track/motor is rigged, and this has been a timely disaster. Customer service is pathetic; it took me a dozen calls to get a human to respond and do what they committed. The yelp review responder that says "contact me" doesn't email back when I contacted and each person says they don't control the other and don't know. Corporate says they can't refund but to contact the store, the store says they can't do that but that I should call corporate because only they can do that. It's the similar response to everything, one hand doesn't know what the other is doing. It's been 6 months!
In pics here - draperies have light filtering shades behind them and the holes are so big you can still see through them even though they are blackout shades. The videos will show you how the roman shades skip and don't fold properly. The contraption that is zipped to a track on the 2nd story ceiling is the motor that doesn't fit in the track.
I emailed The Shade Store - 3 people, two days ago, and still no response on these very specific issues shown in these pics here.
