The Fud Trailer

I bought a trailer from these folks more than two months ago. I can't get the trailer inspected because I don't have the titles. They keep giving me the runaround, lying and saying they filed it, but nothing has come back. I asked about their refund policy, but nobody seems to know. The lady I called won't answer my calls, but she will text. It's really unprofessional and something needs to be done.

I bought a food trailer from The Fud Trailer and had problems right from the start. But Jose, who works with the crew I bought the trailer from, would fix everything that went wrong in the beginning. It seems like every six months they bring in a new crew from Mexico who don't speak English. But I've been in touch with the secretary Stephanie and Luis, who speaks a little English. I have documented every visit, conversation, and text. They don't answer any phone calls, and I have visited for the last time. On my last visit on May 27th, Luis spoke to his boss and said the refrigerator would be there within two days and he would call me. As of June 11th, 2022, I still have NO title and NO Frigidaire.
