The First Group review: Real estate investment – dolphin tower / the first collection waterfront

I invested in a property (Unit 303, Dolphin Tower – The First Collection Waterfront) with The First Group in 2018 based on representations made by their sales team regarding expected returns and resale flexibility.

However, the actual returns have been significantly lower than what was presented, and I have been unable to resell the unit despite multiple attempts.

I have contacted several representatives within the company and sent formal communications, including registered courier (DHL), but have received no response.

This situation has caused serious financial difficulties, as I took financial commitments based on the expectations presented at the time of purchase.

Despite this, I have shown full willingness to cooperate and find a solution. I have even expressed my readiness to accept a resale at a significantly lower price, including the possibility of a buyback or facilitated exit through The First Group. Unfortunately, I have not received any constructive support or cooperation in this regard.

I am currently seeking a constructive solution, including assistance with resale or a structured exit.
