While I would like to see you continue to carry organic food products, Driscoll's labor practices are not in line with Costco's standards and they are blackening your brand, so you should stop buying from them until they can demonstrate that they are mending their ways on all farms they market produce from, and the farmworker organizations like "Familias Unidas Por Justicia" can verify that the abuses have stopped.

Driscoll is employing a vast majority of undocumented farm workers, and then coercing them into acquiescing to child labor, poor living conditions including running water that is unsafe to drink, such that people who are earning as little as $6/day for more than full-time hours have to buy their own bottled drinking water to survive. They also get no medical care beyond company "clinics" that send them back out into the fields unless they literally can't stand up anymore. They are paid by the 25# box picked, but there are no scales in the field so workers have to put more than 25# in the box to get paid their share, which is less than 1/20th of what you retail the same box of produce for.

The farm workers in non-organic fields are often sent into the fields to pick only hours after the spraying of pesticides, and their housing is often near the fields, so there is considerable drift of pesticides into residential areas so they are exposed in the few hours they are off work too. Driscoll's list of human rights violations is miles long, and I beg that you get the full story from the farmworkers orgs and work with them to whip this corp into compliance with labor laws or put them out of business.
