The Clunker Junker review: Wrecked car

On 6/10/25 I submitted a request for cash for my wrecked car a quote was given with all information requested. I was asked to provide pictures which I did submit 3 in early morning. In the afternoon I was told that they would be there in 45 minutes and meet the driver there during that time she reported that she didnt recieve the pictures and needed them sent separately and I had only one pic able to send separately however, it was very detailed and clear of damages to the car. She then proceeded to inform which was confusing because she said they don't pay for the yards time of stay and they couldn't pick up in the tow yard
I explained that I was paying that cost however she kept insisting that
She wouldn't pick up because the pics weren't separated and they dont pick up in the tow yard.
I wanted to know why did she have me drive all the way to the place of car placement and then tell me she wouldn't pick up the car and why wasn't I told in advance what she needed and she wasnt going to pick up the car. This incompetence and poor communication caused me a full day of unnessary time and gas going to the place where the car was only to find out the transaction would not happen the whole day was spent by unprofessionalism and very poor planning. My advice dont use this company
