The Bradford Exchange review: Completely deceptive bussiness!!!

Such a "bad deceptive business", I wonder how they stay in business*! — ordered checks because the artist design was exclusive to them. Not one of their check advertising pic's on the web site have a white boarder around them, "but when your order comes the checks do"!

As well, my name and address didn't line up vertically properly with my address as they added two spaces between my first two initials I did not agree to! It stood out like a sore thumb! I had to get a so-called supervisor on the phone and argue to get them replaced.

The replacements came with no spaces between my initials other than the periods, which is okay, but it was still off center from the vertical line to be aligned with my address! My x-wife managed a print shop so I know what i'm talking about. As well, I studied commercial art and photography and there's absolutely no excuse for the mus-alignment!

"the check book cover I ordered never came" after a month of waiting! They said they would place another order... Which will take another 10 - 15 days?!?! What the hell am I supposed to do in the mean time without a check-book cover?!?!

If that's not enough to detour you elsewhere, how about the lies over and over on almost every page regarding free shipping?... Only to discover I had to pay $32 to get my effin' order! Again, the artist rendering was exclusive to the bradford exchange and available no where else, so I bit the bullet.

Regretfully... After so many issues and discrepancies, i'm out over $100 as they refused to refund my order, so i'm stuck with 300 unacceptable checks!
