The Bradford Exchange review: Bradford is one of the worst places to order from!

I ordered a necklace and paid for 2nd day air. Got a package with a red handle and metal parts. Customer service doesnt care, they finally sent me a slip to mail this item back. I asked to cancel my order, and conveniently they would end the chat everytime, after three people. I went and mailed their parts back and tried again to chat with Bradford, again, no help. I called credit card company and filed a complaint and when Bradford charges there will be a dispute. And if the package ever comes, I will deny it and they can pay to get it back. Credit card company said it is filed. I should of had necklace today not parts, and I was honest to send their mistake right back and then to get no help from them. Dont buy from them as they are dishonest.
