I have tried to place an online order 4 times today using 3 different cards. I get a message back saying the order has been cancelled. So I start again using a different debit card. But my backet is EMPTY! Complaint number 1. I wasted 1 & Half hours selecting items for that order. I tried this 3 more times and each time it said that me order had failed and my basket was emptied so 8 minutes later, Complaint NUmber 2, when I found how to make a comlpaint, I called the number given. Complaint Number 3, the person on the end of the line couldnt tell me why this had happened and said I have to wait 3! days! before I can try and make another order. He didn't know why. He said when the 3 days had [passed I can try but not be logged in and try making the order as Guest. He didnt know why. Are Boots trying to go Bust?
