On several occasions I have been to collect mine or my parents prescriptions from Shawbirch, Telford and have queued for more than 40 minutes. Whilst waiting almost every customer in front of me has been asked to wait or had issues with their prescriptions and this has been no different in my own experience. The most recent visit my dad had been in the previous day and was told his prescription would be ready for collection the following day, I went in the next day to collect this and was told it wasn't ready, I informed them I would return a bit later when I went back they were unable to find it until I made it clear the medication was needed as my dad had now run out. We often receive the text notifications to inform us prescriptions are ready but the reality is 9 times out 10 they're not. My parents are unable to stand for long periods of time so collecting their prescriptions in this situation is becoming difficult. The staff seem to have little regard for being polite, prescriptions are often lost, not ready or incorrect and on occasions staff are heard blaming the customers for these mistakes.
