On 11/16/25 I chatted with Chime Assistant, wherein, I explained to Jade that there was an unauthorized charge on my account from Skool.com for the amount of $9. But that I would call back as I e noticed there were more unauthorized charges to list. I did say, "please, don't release any additional funds to Skool.com. They are unauthorized." However, the next day Chime released $99 to them.
Claimed loss: Dispute was denied even after I had chatted with the assistant.
Desired outcome: Refund in the total amount of $108.Please

On 10/08/25 Funds were released to Ngo Ke Phat, a Furniture Purchase, amount of $32.49. This is an unauthorized charge I did not purchase furniture. Dispute Denied.
Complaint has escalated to government agencies after a period of 10 days when no response was received from Chime.
