I had a vehicle with the above company and it was re-poed. Ok my fault.. But was not my fault was the individual that Michael Wayne Investements had to tow my car away stole merchandise out of my vehicle...went through my vehicle took money that was in my vehicle and left it trashed...I was serverly dissattisfied with the company because I called them and were they available to hear my claim ...no they didnt call me back...I will never do business with this company again...and I would never recommend THE AUTO CONNECTION OR MICHAEL WAYNE INVESTEMENTS ... to anyone.. because they deal with crooked people.
Got a car from them , i needed one and said 233 a month i supposed. a 2014 dodge dart with bad engine, struts, driver side defrost doesnt work, had to get missing parts. i could get a new car for this price.
I just purchased a car and if have not been a week yet and im already having issues with the car. They will not do anything about it but told me that I am stuck with the car beacuse i had it over 48 hours. What kind of [censor] is that.

I bought a car from them a 2005 buick century drove it about 7 month my tranmission is started to slip when driving in first gear stering column broken ingition swicth wont turn off and kept the light on and my battery went dead i call about it and they say get a lock smith to look it. And take it to a tranmission dealer that if i token my car up there to be fix they say it will be a 1000 dollar i was mad they say i can finace it. It more to story but tell later time. But like you say i would not tell known one to buy a car ther not knew of ever it a big rip off.

Thank you for reporting this. I am in the market for of purchasing a new vehicle. I filled out a application online when these people called. They told me that I was 100% approved. It sounded too easy and too good to be true, so I look them up and I found your complaint. I wont be going there as they had set an appointment for me to come out and purchase a vehicle. Thank you for reporting this. These con artist need to be put out of business.
I totally agree, i bought a windstar 1998 from them a couple of years, and it did the same things. i always had transmission and engine problems they did not cover either with warranty. repairs totalling all together was around 4000, and i was pissed. anyway they call the cops on me when one of there so called professionals called me a b****. and when i cursed her out. the Manager called the police on and told me not to come back to the dealership. I told well you better mail me preposted envelopes, because i'm not paying nay late fee, then i reported them to the better business bureau, i had my case resolved through arbritration and i had to pay only 300 for repairs, and then he calls and tells me i can come and make a car payment. i told him to put it in writing and he did. I will never go here or recommend anyone else to go here. Some of the mechanics are not certified, the sales rep and management is very unprofessional, and needs attitude adjustments. This is the one thats Located in Norfolk, Va off of virginia beach blvd.
i believe auto connection is the biggest rip-off of any car dealership, and then they deal with Michael Wayne Investments Corp to get your car turned off when you miss a payment, this must be a man that owns auto connection who does not trust anyone, and the people at MWI dont care about you or anything, its all about the dollar. they do work with you in getting a car, and thats the job, but they really dont car after that, i have a 2003 ford windstar, and within the first 3 weeks of having it it went to the shop 4 times, i ask for a car fax report, yeah they gave me one and it stated nothing was wrong with it, but i pulled my own and wow i found out it had more issues than enough, so when i tried to get something else, the manager stated we cant its not our policy, and i said you would rather have me in a car that has issues were i have to continue to pay for instead of giving me another car, his response your 30 days are up, so we will fix any issue if we find its our fault, on something we didnt catch in the first place, PLEASE IF YOU CAN HELP IT DONT AND I REPEAT DONT GET A CAR FROM AUTO CONNECTION, ITS THE BIGGEST RIP-OFF, AND THIS PERSON MUST LOVE ANIMALS BECAUSE IT USE TO BE CALLED THE UGLY DUCKLING.
