My husband purchased scratch off tickets from Kroger on Friday June 30th. It was a $100 winner. My husband took to walmart Brookmeade Dr Columbia TN, on Saturday July 1 to cash, the cashier scanned card then said she couldn’t cash because of storms. So my husband tried to take to another store La Superior 2- 2213 Carmack Blvd in Columbia TN and they scanned the ticket and said they could not cash either because their system was down. So, I take the ticket on Monday July 3 to Kroger at 14:50 and they said the ticket has been paid out by other. 7124-[protected]-297037

I’m just hoping it can be tracked because we did not get the ticket cashed.

I have been purchasing the $10 Jumbo tickets exclusively for over 8 years. Over the last two years, I have noticed a dramatic change in the probability of winning any amount of value let alone a free winning ticket. I won $10,000 in June of 2015, and have honestly been spending close to $200 per day at four different stores. During that time frame, the Lottery had the shopping store online from your non-winning tickets I had several accounts in peoples names because I would have an abundance of non-winning tickets.

The lottery had to regulate the points entered per month because members like myself would enter 80,000 to 100,000 points on their accounts. On average, I had two of everything that was in the lottery store during at juncture. I mention this so you can comprehend the validity of my obsession in buying lotto tickets and knowing the probability of a winning versus non-winning ticket in a row.

The employees at these store knew me so well that they actually would save and collect bags of non winning ticket to me. daily So, now in the last TWO year I have yet to win a $500 ticket when I was winning on average 2-3 a month?! And now that I received a promotion from my already good job I’ve spend more just to see if I could obtain this elusive $500 ticket! Several times I’ve purchased two $300 rolls of tickets and I won a couple $20, three free tickets and a $100 ticket or they would get in getting a “jumbo” sign and it’s freakin $2 or maybe $3.

It’s no longer fun for me and I’m no longer out of my mind to get suckered into spending my hard earned money. These recent impossible odds they now have implemented in their system to stack their pockets and manipulate the consumer in the process is criminal!

Certain cash 3 and cash 4 numbers come up often and others dont come up in any combination in many many years. For example. 7711 has not come up in over 8 years in any combination. The lottery manipulates or has that number turned off. However the exact same number came up back to back just months ago. Another example is the cash 3 number 444. It has not come up in over 6 years and the number 333 has come up 13 times in that same period. That number 444 is turned off.

I do have reasons to believe that the Tennessee Lottery is manipulating winning numbers by means of a sophisticated software, it too has called my attention of how those games are constantly adding more and more numbers in order to make odds for players more dificult. it too grabbed my attention about the salaries/compensations the executives receive! and the excesive amount of taxes paid on any winnings more than $600.00 {40%]!
They claim that the lottery funds collected on those games are for education, but reality proves otherwise.
How can we know that the winners of major jackpots are legitimate? who really knows! but I think that without players the lottery may be forced to make odds more believable. I remembre when the max numbers were 49 and there was in every draw 3 or more winners... Obviously we are getting fooled again!
