Temu review: Temu Pakistan: Rs. 13,072 refund pending on 4 orders — please match and refund

My Temu Pakistan refunds totalling Rs. 13,072 are pending for over 4 months on these 4 orders:
1. PO-153-04023618181752608 — Rs. 1,368 pending (wrong-items return; Rs. 2,322 already refunded on this order).
2. PO-153-12441669591672608 — Rs. 1,109 pending (parcel marked delivered but never received; courier proof signature does not match my ID).
3. PO-153-05827557166712608 — Rs. 7,784 pending (items missing; unboxing video available; warehouse footage never shown).
4. PO-153-11239162931832608 — Rs. 2,811 pending (wrong items received; return was never collected by any courier, yet support later claimed the warehouse received it).
Support replies have been templates, deadlines for a senior point-by-point answer were missed, and I was asked to file a new request that would erase the failed-pickup record. Evidence: unboxing videos and photos. I am showing the order numbers here so Temu can match these orders and issue the refunds owed. Still no refund.
