Drummer who is a black guy convicted felon who has second or third degree burns all over his body, He has a felony on his record from July 25, 2001 for felony bail jumping and In 2016 at Kilbourn Commons located 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Paul Drummer lived in Apt 216 at the end of the hallway, Paul caused a lot of trouble, He a lot of problems and a lot noise inside his apartment by inviting his friends over to his apartment at 12:00am midnight,1:00am and 2:00am in the morning, His friends be coming over at his apartment unexpectedly at those times in the morning disrupting and disturbing tenants when they be sleeping! He be calling the police on tenants when he's causing problems on tenants. Property Manager Darnell Williams and Apartment Manager Xavier Shan did not do nothing about it and They refused to evict Paul J. Drummer, Somebody picked up a rock and threw a rock at his apartment window and blamed the wrong person for it! He moved out of the apartment building in the summer of 2016! Stay away from Paul J.
