td sucks
I rolled over my vehicle on dec 13, 2010 and reported same day. 24 days later my vehicle was still sitting on side of highway, now it is at junk yard, and they telling me they need an estimate from independent company and it may take a while. Same as with towing company. Today is jan 16, and even I don't want to call them, just sick of lies.

You are literally better off paying a higher interest rate with a different company then using TD auto finance. They Have zero cusotmer service and tech support. Their online portal never works and they are rude.
I called twice on Monday at at 9am was at a dealership and needed a payoff letter . Was told it could take up to two hours . Never came I called back at 1 pm requested it again and again never came . What kind of bank am I dealing with . ? This is something other banks take care of in minutes .
my loan was supposed to be for $18, 000 at 8%
but they are telling me I'm supposed to pay $5, 000 in interest 🤦🏿♂️ at $3 a day that's really 28% not 8%
