I did a rent with option on a repod home from them, within 2 months it caught on fire 3 times because of electrical issues they didn't fix, which i didn't know there was an issue with until i had the power turned on. And the ceiling in my 3 year old sons room caved in, so i gave them time to send someone out to fix it, after promises by their manager, no...
