Tax Rise review: Tax resolution

This company is a total scam
This company is a total scam. Began with them in April, 2023. They charged an initial fee of $350 and after the review, charged me $15,000 to resolve my tax issues. They did nothing to resolve and my case and in fact I ended up with liens and levies being placed on me in May, 2024 due to the inept handling of my case. I abandoned TAXRISE at this point and fortunately found a reliable service to resolve my issue. The $15,000 charge was a loan arranged by TAXRISE. At that time I requested a full refund of the amounts paid per the guarantee to resolve my issue. I have been contacted a dozen times by the so called Quality Assurance at TAXRISE since then and on 11-5-25 we reached an agreement to cancel the loan and refund me. I was told it would take 10 days to process. Well today is the 55th day and still no refund. They have given me the run around from day 1. They gave me 2 different numbers for the loan processor to contact about the refund, 1 had been disconnected, the other knew nothing about me, a loan or TAXRISE. I have contacted the Attorney General in California as well as the BBB for help in resolving the issue. At this point to any and all that have been deceived by this company, I would love to initiate a Class Action Suit and would like to have any who have been deceived to contact me ASAP to stop this company from harming anyone else. DO not believe one single thing they tell you.
