Opened a account with tax rise 1/19/2021 to have them help resolve some back tax issues. They put me through their loan company home acceptance.

I have sent paper work multiple times due to getting, reassigned to many, many different case workers from then up until now 6/6/2022 just over all run around. Had me talking to a lawyer that did absolutely nothing. I had set up a payment plan with the irs before calling tax rise. Tax rise told me after after a year of dealing with their b, s that it would only take me six years to pay off the irs with the initial plan I had already set up on my own. I told them they have done me no good but made my situation much worse. I could have put my time and money toward paying the irs. I said I paid you over six thousand dollars for absolutely nothing, I then asked what have you done for me? And got no response. I just want my money back, and the case closed. Not only that home acceptance will not work with you at all about adjusting your payment options. Over all very dissatisfied.
