Very dissapointed. I signed a contract with them in 2020. I needed help reducing my tax debt. I provided them with all the necessary information when you requested it. In 2022, I moved aboard to help my aging mother and escape my depression. Last week, I visited the American Embassy i to obtain a new passport for my return trip to the United States. However, I received a response from the IRS stating that I am on a list provided by the IRS of taxpayers with serious tax delinquencies. As a result, I will not be able to return to the United States until I resolve my issues with the IRS. Please activate my case and provide assistance in this situation. I have already paid approximately $8,000 for your services.
