Tax Rise review: Tax debt relief

This company took an initial payment of $600,15 months ago and an additional unauthorized payment of $1500 a few months later stating on recorded phone line that they had contacted the IRS on my behalf and gotten the back taxes I owed approved for the "Fresh Start Program." Then I was asked to produce a bunch of paperwork that I didn't have and had never discussed having to give them before. After waiting to hear back from them for another half a year, I finally threatened to turn them in for misleading me about what they had done, they agreed to refund my money. The refund NEVER came and again they refuse to answer the my calls or emails. TaxRise representatives flat-out lied repeatedly to me and did not follow through with the help I paid for or the refund that I was told I'd be given for the misrepresentation from TaxRise. This problem needs resolved immediately. I am not going to leave it alone until they give me the refund I was told I'd be given. I initially worked with Weston, and the person who said the refund would be given is Jenny. I have corresponding email messages to document this.
