I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services I have received from your company over the past several years. Despite my consistent monthly payments, I have experienced significant issues with my account management.
I have gone through four different client managers, and unfortunately, my account has not been handled effectively. As a result, the IRS has levied my payroll due to a failure to negotiate a reasonable repayment plan. I was informed by the IRS that your company only submitted my paperwork in February 2025, which has delayed my resolution.
The IRS has advised me to seek a qualified tax preparer, as my repayment plan is expected to exceed $2,500. It is clear that your team has not advocated for me adequately, leading to this situation.
I have attached all relevant documents, including my tax lien information, for your review. I would appreciate a prompt response to address these concerns and discuss how we can move forward.
