They have done the same to me. They are soulless scumbags. I paid 11K, and all they did is make payment arrangements to IRS. I can do that. I fired them and they continued to make these contacts to IRS, illegally.
I hired Tax Rise in June of 2023, they claimed to be working on my behalf and claimed to be communicating with the IRS, the IRS never heard from them, I got a tax levy on my wages and a Lien on my property, while they sat back and collected my money to the tune of $14,000. I decided to deal directly with the IRS, they should have to pay me back every penny that they stole and I just want my money back for their fraudulent claims.
No response. Criminal enterprise.
