I found out that I didn't qualify for the loan because I had collected unemployment in 2020. I told Tax Master Solutions that I didn't want to continue and asked for a refund of the $300 they charged me. But instead of giving me a refund, they kept avoiding my calls and texts to the owner, Ray.
In June, I got a call from the office saying I was approved for a grant from a third-party lender. I told them I wasn't interested because I didn't qualify due to collecting unemployment benefits. I explained that accepting the grant would be fraud. The person on the phone said they wouldn't give me a refund and said, "we did our part, we don't do refunds." I need help getting my money back.
