Saberx Investment

I saw an ad for Elon musk investment. I made the investment of 350 dollars Canadian in hopes of investing to increase that amount, but now they will not give me my money back. I am a senior on a fixed income. I need the money back. I have sent many emails and request but no response. Someone called me this morning and I again requested a refund but they would not comply. I have attached certification of the company and it showing the amount I invested.

Desired outcome: Get my money back
