No Diamond payouts on large reward subscription offers for Bark Box or Hint Water. Seems like a rip off! Order subscription, pay, receive items but not diamonds.

When I use in App customer service, they either don't respond when proof is sent, or the offer isn't listed in the drop down menu so you can't even report the problem and hope for a resolution.

Upon signing up to Now TV as advertised on tapjoy I would receive over 2, 400 coins to use on the walking dead road to survival. I checked for 2 days and no coins received. I've already emailed through missing coins tapjoy link for which I got an automated reply asking for evidence of free trial purchase with I attached to a reply in my email. It has been 2 months and I have no response from tapjoy. I have emailed 2 more times asking for a response and to sort out the coins for which I should get. Again no response so I want to complain about this and I want you to sort this out and deposit the coins due for signing up to the offer.

Stupid [censored] tap joy! Why are you scamming me. I'm just trying to get line points but everytime I try to finish the quest, you guys keep removing it before I could finish it. Did you know I have to download legacy of discord for more than 300mb. Freaking damn waste of time. When I download anything to complete the quest you guys keep removing it at the last minute. Please don't scam people like this. Time is precious.

I have a GLITCH in three rooms that I designed. They are: Navy Blue Contemporary, Harvesting Special Moments and the Mountain Side Villa. It is showing only an abstract red question mark when I try to pull them up to view. Mountainside Villa has already been judged. I received a 4.26 for the big red question mark! It is my respectful opinion that the voting system is frustrating enough, to those of us who work so hard to present a beautiful room, then to receive a low score while someone with a haphazard room gets five stars. Please fix this. Thank you.

I dont get gems from offers and watching videoes gives no gems anymore on my [protected]@gmail.com. I tried the same on the guest account and it get the gems. The video is playing, but no reward, I can download, install and play offers, but no reward. All that works fine on the guest account. Tried contacting tapjoy 3 weeks ago, no response. Igg gave me this.

I have contacted Tapjoy on several occasions now in relation to missing rewards, everytime I get an automated response, to which I reply with the evidence requested and then hear nothing. I have listed below when I completed the offers and subsequently contact yourselves.

26/10/2017 - Request code: [protected] - no response, missing cash 1276,
emailed on this again on27/10, 29/10 and 30/10 and 02/11 and 16/11.

16/11/2017 - Request code: [protected] - No response, missing cash 488.

20/11/2017 - Request Code: [protected] - No Response, Missing Cash 438

I completed two offers over a week ago and have no received my rewards. I spent money to get these so I sent in the email requests. it's been over a week with no reply or my rewards.

Then they give me a task to to get 15 free minutes via playing Lord Mobile game.
I proceeded by tapjoy And I install app Lord Mobile
Task to reach castle level 11 and get 15 free minutes.
I fulfilled all offer requirements and still did not get minutes.
I did the following instructions. When I press the botton tapjoy for my missing minutes system sys: 'sorry this option is currently not enable' plz help..

Hello, I was an avid player on "killshot bravo" until I made a purchase from a Gillette razor promo that I was NOT rewarded for. I have contacted customer support but it seems I did not have an email address that was being monitored.
I am VERY upset, and will send the razors I purchased back to Gillette with the explanation of this situation, along with the package arriving compromised of course.

I alerted killshot bravo help staff that I am preparing to take legal action against them, as they are aware of the unethical promotion offers in the game that their company moderates.

The offer was for over 2k gold awarded for the purchase as a special promotion, and I would like to be compensated for my time and trouble, as well as interest from the time of 11/12 at the rate of 100 gold per day, in addition to my estimated hourly rate of about $250... I spent over an hour in all on my collection attempts, but we can agree on an hour outside of the judicial process.

Hello, I would like to say that half the time you pay but somewhere my requests get lost or you say you have paid out the diamonds when u have no.
At present you owe me for Fingerhut, I signed up, created an acct and my first order will be here the day after thanksgiving, secondly, 3 d bowling, 3 D pool, and fanaticalfootball, the last 3 you said you paid, you did not at least according to my records, please pay these, you guys r getting some bad press, your all in all a reputable company. They told me the game developer of the OTHER game that I played to get the coins on QUID wouldn't approve my request. Why do they have to approve it in the first place? They had a special on Quid for 6 hours for double or triple coins on their offers, now I know they're all just a scam and a waste of time. They sent me an email and I emailed them back, and they never even responded to me. Terrible customer service, never using their free diamond or coin feature again. I used to use it all the time on another app, but I will NEVER use it again. They only give you diamonds/coins when they want you to, so don't use them if you're expecting a reward every time. Deleted Quid and no longer using tapjoy.

I have contacted the company but everything is just automated. I should have received 49, 496 diamonds on the Design Home app. Nobody will help at Tap Joy or Design Home. I have tried both companies many times this week. It just sends back the same automated letters. I am reading a lot of complaints about this company here on your site. I completed the Hulu Live TV request/sign in and didn't receive my coins. I have the confirmation email from Hulu if needed. I also tried to submit the request through The Walking Dead Tapjoy but everytime I tried to submit it I could not select the Hulu TV offer. It seemed to be stuck on a Clash of Clans offer. I am playing evoking life I used tapjoy platform build in the game itself I have completed lords mobile where I had to reach the castle to level 11 which I have completed but did not received the avakin coin wrote a ticket to tapjoy received their automated mail but after that I have send them 5 mails plus a screenshot of the completed game but no response from tapjoy

As I was playing Wheel of Fortune, I was low on diamonds and decided to download the game Lords Mobile to get 400 diamonds on Saturday October 28, 2017. I reach out to WOF as they stated it would take a couple of days, so I reached out the them on 11/2/2017 in which the advised me then to reach to out Tapjoy. I sent Tapjoy a message on 11/3/2017 in which they requested a screenshot of Lords Mobile on my device which I did the same day. Their website stated after receiving the screen shot it will take 5 business days. Monday will by the 6th business day and I don't even know if they have even received my screenshot.

I completed an offer for a game Covet Fashion through your platform TapJoy and I haven't been rewarded. I have the TapJoy app and I have repeatedly tried to validate my email and it never sends me the validation code! The offer I completed isn't showing up in my missing diamonds drop down box. I have all valid proof of completing the offer. Help!

Complete upgrading Final Fantasy Citadel to level 10 within 7 days.
This reward was 58K+
Since the value of these diamonds would have worth about $35-40, I spent $5 in the Final Fantasy app to make sure I finished in time.
They asked for screenshots, which I provided.
They claimed the advertiser denied my claim saying I did not have the app.
This is of course, not true.
I have tried to follow through via Design Home, and they remain silent.
Totally ripped off.
