Taobao Focus Taobao Focus Review: Scammers Who Cancel Orders and Refuse Refunds

I bought a whole bunch of stuff from Taobao Focus (taobaofocus.com) and they ended up canceling my order. I was so mad! And then, to top it off, they wouldn't give me my money back. What a bunch of scammers! I had to go to my credit card company to get them to agree that Taobao Focus was in the wrong. It was such a hassle. I would definitely recommend that you stay away from these guys. They're not worth the trouble.

Taobao Focus Not Recommended: Taobao Focus Review - Poor Customer Service and Expensive Shipping

I gotta say, Taobao Focus ain't the best company out there. Their customer service is pretty lacking, and they charge way too much for shipping. Plus, their package tracking system is a bit of a mess. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. There are better options out there.
