Hair extensions
After having my hair cut to short I was desperate to get some length back,
I mad a appointment at Tantrum in walton.
Initially I was very pleased with the outcome, my stylist did a good job in fitting the extension comfortably and I thought my hair looked great as it had been curled,
But after washing my hair with the extensions in I noticed how thin and poor quality the hair was and how it hadnt been blended.
I called the boutique and arranged an aftercare appointment with the possibility of having more added and some cut off the length to help with the blend.
I turned up for the appointment to be told that the stylist was sick!
No one had called me to let me know,
I went to a different salon to get advice,
I was told that not enough hair had been used and had to go back to Tantrum to buy more which cost me £75 the same amount as it would of been for them to be fitted at Tantrum,
No discount was offered for the inconvenience.

So after a mix up with my girlfriend I sent money to tantrum instead of her. I did this twice in fact. A total of £1700. Once I realised the mistake I let the bank know and traced the money to Trantum.
My girlfriend had been there previously so contacted Tantrum to let the know when and how much I sent to them. I thought that would be it. Two weeks and no reply.
My girlfriend then called Donna to try find out what was happening. She came off the call and said she couldn’t call her again because she was that rude.
So I then made contact with Donna, thinking no normal person just keeps money. Donna then told me how she never received the Money and in fact wasted hours looking for it. How that much time can be wasted looking for a specific amount on a specific date electronically or physically is confusing.
I then told her the bank confirmed her as the recipient. I also let her know that it’s illegal to keep it and then she shouted at me and hung up. I filed a small court case against her and now Donna states she did receive the money but that was for services rendered. Even though my girlfriend hasn’t been there for a year and that I sent the money.
She has also claimed that I was abusive and harassed her.
If you have any evidence like I do of her wrong doing please send over as I’m off to court and could use as much ammo as I could. Hopefully this case will be enough to stop her and her antics.

Customers concerns and worries are not taken into consideration and instead, customers are humiliated and blamed in front of the entire salon.
Alongside disgusting treatment, I am now questioning the authenticity of the hair. I am planning to check this out with a ‘professional' and if confirmed, take this to the ombudsman. The manager (Donna) is delusional, believing that herself and her staff are the best ‘up and down the country'
Hilarious, since her establishment is tiny and unbeknownst to all hairdressers I speak with.
The way in which the salon and owner respond to these online complaints is an indication of how the owner is unable to accept and respond to constructive criticism maturely.
For such a ‘prestigious' company, I would have expected more etiquette. Never have I ever been told to ‘get the bleep out of a shop' before😅

Appalling customer service. The manager Donna is extremely rude and condescending. The staff are decent people but their management is disgraceful. The hair extensions were attached to my baby hair, which is fragile. Tony & Guy (who fit the same extensions) advised that the application was poor and told me that all extensions cause damage. Donna however, swears that her extensions don't cause damage and refuses to listen to your concerns. On stating my concerns she aggressively grabbed the chair, turned it round and said ‘get the [censored] out of my shop'
I have video footage of the entire conversation. Whether my concerns are in her opinion ‘wrong' no owner/manager should speak to their clients in such way. For such a prestige company (as she claims to be), she has plenty of complaints against her name (mostly relating to her attitude)
This place should be closed down immediately.
She also promised to show me the before and after pictures from my first visit but on arriving at the shop was unable to produce them (due to coincidently losing them). Therefore, she wasn't able to prove that my hair was damage free.
Girls, If you're going to get this done thoroughly research the company beforehand. If only I had seen the shocking reviews, I would have never stepped foot in her establishment. She should be ashamed of herself!

The horror story's I've heard about this place! Please please avoid at ALL COSTS! The manager Donna is RUDE and will not take any responsibility for her [censored]ty salon. Firstly I would like to say I had been a loyal customer to Tantrum for years however over the last couple of experiences I had lost all desire to ever go back.
The customer service from the owner honestly was unbelievable, she got my hair appointment date wrong and blamed me for it, so extremely rude and was very argumentative! Tried to debt my card twice for the deposit, which I had paid and kept my card details to try another payment. Reported to the bank as fund! She didn't get a penny! - but beware she keeps card details!
Another time I was set with 2 other ladies getting our hair done and one young girl had an argument with the owner walked out mid-doing someone's hair! The owner took over and was slating the girl and also said ‘she was [censored] anyways' the women whose hair she was doing was in shock, as we I! If she was [censored] then why was she allowing her to do customers hair! We all sat there looking at each other I horror!

I also noticed young girls who you could tell had saved their money just to get their hair done specially had been bullied into paying more! I heard a girl say ‘there's a deal online' and they said no! The young girl had to call her mum for more money!
I would not recommend this company also like to add most of the girls have NO hairdressing expensive most 16+ who go on a 3 day extension course and that said their fully qualified!
Do not bother wasting your hardworking money on this company they will rob you for more funds than needed!

I booked in for a half head of 16 inch extensions which the lady on the phone said was fine. I paid my £50 deposit beforehand.
When I turned up the girls weren't very welcoming at all - and if their own extensions are done in store then they're really not a good advertisement!
So I sat down and the girl came over and informed me that I actually needed a full head of extensions due to my hair being so thick - which is strange considering my friend that got her hair done there previously was informed she needed a full head because of the fact her hair was so THIN ?
So this then resulted in costing an extra £250 for the hair I ‘apparently' required.
I didn't have the money on me right then so the girl then briefly suggested something about doing half today and seeing if I could pop in in the morning to have the other half done as the shop was closing soon and they wouldn't have time to fit a full head that afternoon. My mum offered to pay the extra money for me as I'd wanted to get my hair done for a long time before I went on holiday. Another girl behind the till then piped up saying she'd have to ring the manager - I heard no phone call yet she then came back saying I'm ‘not allowed' to have half done today and thE other half the next day as they wouldn't let me leave the store like that - which is fair enough but I was OBVIOUSLY going to come back and get the other half done as I wasn't about to jet off on holiday with half a head of hair was I?!
Then they offered for me to just come in the next day and get the full head done but I'd have to re pay the £50 deposit as my space that afternoon could have been filled by someone else... weird considering there were empty chairs and 2 girls stood around doing nothing so I'm sure if anyone wanted to book in they would've been free to do it! So anyway they took my £50 deposit and I did NOT book to get my hair done with them as the girls were so rude and abrupt making me try and feel stupid for not knowing much about extensions.
The manager clearly isn't so money smart either as, yes, she took my £50 but had they of been more inviting and helpful she would've got another £300 out of me if I'd re booked to get it done another time!
Definitely wouldn't recommend, I can only speak for the Guildford store but after seeing the quality of the hair on the girls working there and also on one client that was in there at the same time... I think you're better off avoiding going here as it really did NOT look the best - and I'm not just saying that to be bitter.

This may sound like an exaggeration but I am still scarred from my experience at Tantrum Hair (Kingston Upon Thames). Firstly I booked an appointment and reiterated the fact that my hair may be matted, therefore will need more appointment time. The lady on the phone told me it would be no problem. Fine.
When I got there, I arrived 5 minutes earlier and was told me to go away and come back? Could they not have offered me a drink or a seat? Come on
I sat down and the girl doing my hair looked so disgusted (pulling my hair to see how she would be able to "save it"). I asked her how much the service would be and she told me it would cost £230 for a new set of extensions and a extra £30 for mattying and and extra £30 for going over the time limit. What kind of hairdressers have a time limit? I've been to places such as Rush hair who wouldn't mind you sitting there for the whole day. Disgusting.
Keep in mind that I payed a £50 deposit before coming in for my appointment so I was scammed out of £350 for really bad quality hair (whispy ends and prone to breakage)
The girl doing my hair was extremely vile and wasn't even looking at what she was doing! Too busy talking to her friend about her Saturday night and she pulled out and ripped all my hair out
I told her nicely to go slower, because I am a human and things hurt, and she stopped and gave me the brush and told me to do it myself? How dare you? I am a customer and I have paid for this service, £350 worth. I remained calm as I didn't want her to do something bad to my hair out of spite so I just sat there and took the pain for 2 hours.
Then right at the end she tells me that she can't fit in all my extensions as she has another client coming? So why on earth would you charge me for a full head? I demand my money back I said, then I was told I could come back another day and get my moneys worth of hair later.
I tried to start a conversation numerous amounts of times but she dismissed me every time and looked like she had been forced to provide me a service.
Keeping in mind I was told on the phone that my hair would be £230, I obviously needed someone to transfer more money into my back account as the price suddenly shot up to £350. Money sucking thieves. I contacted my boyfriend to transfer money and went to the back of the shop for privacy so I wouldn't disturb them. I heard one of the girls ask her friend to immediately get me out in case something happened.(probably thought I was going to steal something)
Anyway long story short, I paid, I left and I will never be coming back.
If you want to protect your sanity, your pride and your hair... please never ever ever go to this shop. You will be traumatised

I travelled a long way to visit one of these stores after seeing their instagram account. When I first made the appointment, they took my card details but did not tell me why. I did not think too much of it at the time, I presumed that it would be if the payment failed to go through on the day. Also, I made it clear that it was the first time I was getting fitted extensions.
When I was arriving for the appointment, I had trouble trying to find the store as there is no sign on the top of the shop. I called the number a few times before getting through. I was late by 10 minutes as I was lost and I asked for directions from a nearby store. They were rude to me on the phone and told me that if I did not come within the next 5 minutes I would lose my slot.
I did however, find the store in the end. I then sat down and began discussions with the hairdresser. I had been booked in for the wrong set of extensions, and they advised me that they did not have enough time to do what I wanted. They had also given me the quote for the wrong extensions, so I would have to pay double what I anticipated when I first booked.
The options they gave me was that I either lost a £50 deposit (which I did not realise was required, or they had even taken out prior to my appointment), or I get the wrong set of extensions that I didnt want (just for a bit of extra volume but no length what-so-ever). The hairdressers were being quite rude at this point and considering I came a long way already, I thought i'd cut my losses and just lose the deposit.
After leaving the shop the manager called me and told me that they would have enough time to complete the extensions I wanted so I returned to the store. The extensions were fitted and it was fine at this point. They looked rather nice at first.
Whilst having my hair extensions for 10 weeks, I followed every piece of aftercare advise that they gave. However, bonds often fell out, ripping my own hair out with it. The aftercare advise was all wrong, they have no idea what they are talking about. They told me to blow-dry my hair every time I washed it to ensure that the hair doesn't matt. I did this, it matted anyway. I think it is also a scam to make sure your hair breaks underneath and you're almost forced to get the extensions redone.
Anyway, I started to notice my hair falling out and after 10 weeks I noticed an actual bald patch. I had booked to get my hair maintained shortly after putting it in, so once again I had paid this £50 deposit to keep the space. I asked them if I could put this towards getting the hair out, then towards some clip-ins, since the removal is only £30. They said no, that the money can't be put towards the clip-ins but I could get the clip-ins put in and styled. I thought okay fine, at least the £50 is not wasted.
I went in to get the removal, and it was horrendous. The hairdresser who took my hair out, I doubt was even trained. She didn't properly release the copper bonds so she ripped out my own hair each time she pulled one out. She also shredded my hair out instead of trying to undo some of the small matts that were within the bonds. My hair has never been in such awful condition and so thin. I lost a few inches off the length also, I expected them to put in the clip ins, but they told me it hadnt been booked in so they once again didnt have any time to do so. I wasnt even shocked.
This is the worst service I have ever received. They are so inflexible and are not understanding of any kind of customer care. They are scammers, they just want your money. I have never heard of a £50 deposit ever. Just use clip-ins or you will spend time and money trying to get your hair into some kind of condition again. Biggest waste of time and effort.

Pulled all my hair out with the extentions after only being in 3 weeks - massive clumps of my hair missing, rang and explained and a lady said it had happened to 17 other people who the employee ( who has since been sacked ) and she would get me in the take it out . When I rang back I got a man ( who happens to be the rudest egotistical person I have had the miss fortune to speak to ). He told me he would not refund and would charge me for the pleasure of taking out what is remaining of the extension and the little hair and have left ! Never use this company I have never had such bad customer service in my life ! Ladies they ruin your hair it horrendous !

There's a reason there's not a review page on their social media pages... Worst extensions and service i've ever received. My normal hair dresser had to re-cut the extensions after and couldn't believe what a bad uneven job had been done, like it was done with kitchen scissors! So I spent more money getting them fixed! Girl had a face like a slapped [censored] the whole time, was rude, yanked at my hair, looked like she would rather be anywhere else in the world and refused to spark up any conversation with me which is down right awkward for 2 hours. She referred to people on tv as 'slags' when someone else was having a conversation, which just proves the type of person she is. She matched the complete wrong colour and advised me to just use purple shampoo which made them even worse - bad advice! And kept asking the other stylists how to do things... The hair feels synthetic, my clip ons are better quality. The price I was quoted was much less than the price I was landed with at the end. For the same price there is a hairdressers in staines called inspire that does an absolute brilliant job, so take that extra journey as it's well worth your time! Do not go to this salon!

Absolutely disgusted with the hair and experience, I cannot believe this company is still trading! I complained about the colour as it did not match and then I was told to purple shampoo so then it will blend. It specifically said on the website to not do so but I listened to the owner... the extensions then went bright white and purple and I was told that I need to pay to have them taken out. The owner told me that she had seen the before and after photos and they looked fine however NO photos were taken before and after they were put in but I was refused these apparent photos... I was called a liar! I had them professionally taken out because I was told by Tantrum that I would need to pay although it was their muck up ! I now have very thin hair as they hacked my hair to apparently blend but my hair is now ruined. I feel totally cheated and they will not refund any money and I had the awful hair in for 2 days ! I will be taking this further ! DO NOT GET TANTRUM TO DO YOUR HAIR !

Really really poor service - I turned up for my 9am appointment and the girl doing my hair wasn't there. I believe they actually said ‘oh she's always late!' She turned up 15-20 minutes later.
I have thin hair, not once was this taken into account. They put rows and rows of extensions in, seriously a hairband could barely hold all of this hair together. THERE WAS SO MUCH OF IT.
Anyway I learnt to deal with all this new hair, had the extensions for 9 months. Then when the time came for new hair (yay!), I got to my appointment and someone had forgotten to order in my hair colour extensions and they only had the shade lighter in stock. I had wanted them done that day for an event, and was told I'd have to wait another 10 days for an appointment, so I was really annoyed.
Unfortunately, the owner of tantrum (can't remember her name - she's scottish) persuaded me to get a shade lighter there and then. I was 17 at the time, so a perhaps little naive. Anyway, it looked HORRENDOUS. It was so awful that my mum marched me back in and asked them to redo it in the right shade.
The woman who had persuaded me to get the wrong colour pretty much blamed me and eventually VERY reluctantly agreed to redo 2 rows in the right shade (wow, so generous). She was sighing and rolling her eyes the entire time.
Yes, I was stupid to agree to have the wrong hair colour put in, but she should have known it wouldn't look good instead of convincing me it would look great.
In my appointments I used to hear the girls that worked there serving customers, then when the customers left, the girls would say nasty things about them. Seriously this is not a nice place. Unprofessional employees, the owner is a b***h, crap hair quality and way overpriced.

Thay have accused me of theft . They have made slanderous hurtful nasty comments reagding the way I live .
They have apparently named and shamed me on SOCAIL Media.

I have been going to Tantrum for over a year .
Friday I had left my card in my car . So I thought however it turnt out my card was at home . Only four miles up the road.
I left the shop at 5 : 56 pm the shop closes at 6 pm .
The girl that does my hair was completely fine and knows full well I would not of run away without paying.
Once I went up to my car I realised my card was not in their. So I started my journey home . Called up Donner as you can call up the shop directly. Whilst I was calling Donner a call came through private number I took the call
As I was trying to explain and how sorry I was and that once home I will pay over the phone with my card, , , , This man who sounded like a complete phsco and was so angry could hardly breath ! Was threatening me .
He was going to have someone burn down my house, the police are on there way, I was going all over Facebook ect ect
I was in total shock.. Very upsetting and highly disturbing.
After this complete mad men put the phone down . My phone went off again it was the girl who did my hair in Kingston.
I explained to her that I was very very upset and that I was not going to pay any money to someone who was threatening t burn down my house and plaster me all over Facebook.
I went onto to say that I would happily give the cash directly to the girl that did my hair.
That I am happy to wait for police to come.
Anyway on Saturday morning and after some reflection I decided that I would of just paief the sum on Saturday and just write them a bad review and never go back.
So once up on Saturday morning. I received a phone call from a friend explaining that I had been on Instagram with my name and THIFE written all over the photo .
The image had been in fact removed .
Luckily for myself I found out about the image before I made the payment.
So I called Donner up to let her know that I had seen the image and that now I WOULD be not paying due to such a violation.
I explained that you have broken my human rights . That you have accused me of theft

The law in this country is name and shame can only happen once charged and found guilty of an offence.
I have not been arrested nor been charged nor been to court.
This is now in the police hands
They have caused me and my family great distress.

I trained here for hair extensions and never did I receive a certificate for my qualification. I continued to have a relationship with the owner Donna and she has more than once sent me the wrong order. I made a order this week for Saturday delivery costing £21.00 and she sent the wrong colour hair. I then called Donna and told her and she said she was happy for me to drive down and do a exchange I then went on to say that's fine but what about my client paying £21 for her next day delivery I was then told to [censor] off and hung up on. I then went to the Brighton shop where two new girls were working and said I need the exchange my client was also with me. They then called donnas husband Steve they refused the exchange and Steve not even being in the salon called police and said me and my client has weapons and knives and was threating the staff police then came and saw this was not the case. Be aware of this company!

Tantrum had led me to believe they was a company called easilocks they wasn't that company and was trying to pass there own hair of a cheaper quality as easilocks I paid a deposit of £100 . The next day I asked for a full refund due to them falsely leading me to believe they was another company they ten went to take a further £950 out of my account . I realised asked again for my money back they refused swore at myself am my staff they told me they would make my company go under I was extremely upset . I file a complaint with citizens advise and I have requested a charge back with my bank ... They have been removed social networking sites due to them copying other people's product and trying to train people in those products ... Don't be fooled tantrum have bad customer serice they steal and lie .
This place is NO good! Please don’t use them to place extentions. Bad service and they stole my money.
I asked for more than 3 times for keratin removal and new micro rings, they said yes they do that in 2h and half.
They gave me a price. It took more than 7h, they charge me more, they SENT ME TO ANOTHER SALON TO WASH MY HAIR,
They didnt have the new hair on the shop, they asked me to go by taxi to their other shop, I asked DONNA the person in charge fir a refund, she didnt acces, even if it was her fault, she charged me more, she put less hair that I asked for, it doesnt look natural at all, she told me that the reason is because she has a lot of clients she cant focus in all the requests, she was yelling over the phone to their staff thru my phone when I called for complain, she didnt want to even hear about.
The only care is about the money not about the work they doing and the result.

I've been to the Kingston branch several times and I usually had a good experience there, however this time I decided to come to Guildford to get a new set of extensions put in.
I got there on time for my appointment, but they were running late so I had to wait at least 40 minutes until I could have my hair done.
I have dyed orange/red hair, and was told by the woman doing my hair that there was only one red shade available, she showed it to me and it was an unnatural, bright, Halloween-wig looking shade of red, not like the natural red color I wanted. Another member of staff showed me another shade of red that they had that was much more natural looking and a way better match to my hair color, but the person who was doing my hair said that she couldn't use that color and asked me if I was happy to use the bright red that she had chosen. I said that I wasn't, but she proceeded to put them in my hair anyway.
When she had put some of them in, I told her, again, how unhappy I was with the color. At first she pretended that they didn't have any other red shades. I told her that I'd seen them, and then she said she couldn't do that because, in her words, "I don't think that would look good". She wouldn't do what *I* wanted with *my* hair that *I'm* paying for with *my* money, because she didn't like how it would look. Seriously. She kept on being very rude to me and arguing with me about not using the shade I wanted to the point I started crying and was on the verge of having a panic attack. It wasn't until I threatened to walk out that she agreed to add some of the ones I wanted to my hair mixed with the other red shade as highlights.
As she was putting them in, she applied them very aggressively. Before she'd at least been doing a good job at putting the extensions in, but now she was doing it very roughly, as if she wanted to hurt me.

Also, throughout the whole time she was doing my hair she kept stopping to take phone calls or have conversations with other staff. Very unprofessional.
As I said, I've been to the Kingston branch several times and had generally good experiences there, so I definitely recommend going to Kingston instead of this place.
SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. BECAREFUL BECAUSE THEY DON'T STICK TO THEIR WORD.
I went to the salon 2 weeks ago for some clip ins. I couldn't get an exact colour match but I got the closest colour. I went down the road to Krish and found a better colour match and was back within 10 MINUTES! The girl agreed to give me a refund took the extensions back and gave ME a piece of paper to write down my account details name and number and said the money will be in my account within 5 days. It has been two weeks now and I called the salon today and the lady HUNG up the phone on me and blocked my number. I then tried calling with private number which worked but they did not answer. I messaged them on instagram and they blocked my profile.
I have worn extentions for over 10 years from various salons in London to online purchases and have never been treated so badly. I will have to go to the salon tomorrow to deal with them face to face and I will take it further if I have to. You cannot promise someone a refund and then change your mind and behave in such an unprofessional manner.
Hi, I am another one who has had an awful experience with tantrums, I had my hair done 3 weeks ago with cost me £360 including the hair brush as I have really thick hair, I have lost six micro rings and the remaining ones have split all my hair, I have had to take them out as they are ruining my hair, I phoned the salon and all I got was a fouled mouth, arrogant women who is the manager do nothing but scream at me and try putting the blame on me, she said she had never heard of anything like that, I have had extensions for years and have never had anything like this happen before, I was recommended tantrums and they are just awful, I do not believe the hair is even real as after a few washing it was like string, the manager should be ashamed of herself charging all that money and giving such poor service, my partner has also called and wouldn’t even let him speak just screamed at him and blocked his number. I don’t no what to do does anyone have any advice as after three weeks they have been removed and completely ruined my normal hair
Hi I am another victim of tantrums hair extensions have paid them 250 . When I had asked for half head and added extra bundle which was told is 50 pounds and then told me it’s 250 as it’s quarter . Hair is looking bad with bad hair cut . The owner when called about over charging threatened me if I don’t pay they will cal secureity . After that she didn’t take my calls . I called from withheld number to tell her I was unhappy and over charged . She then told me if I make another call she will complaint about me . I am surprised and shocked how can she say that and so rude . I am very unhappy with my hair . What Can I do . She has blocked my number so I can’t call her again .

awful experience with Tantrum hair! The manager has no customer service skills, and is clearly after your money! She treated and spoke to me and my mother disgustingly! We went in to buy hair instead of online (thought it'd be a nice day out) I asked 2 or 3 times if the transaction was going through on my trade account with trade discount which the manager told me yes! When we got out I realised that the trade discount wasn't given. So we went back in to simply ask why and if we could have the difference back. Well nothing prepared us for the foul mouth of Donna (the manager), in all my years in business I have never been spoken to in such way! She was calling us liars, telling us to get out of her store, shouting all big eyed and trying to patronize and intimidate us! We then demanded a full refund which she point blank refused, and she was adamant she was within her rights to do so! (it states on her website full refunds are given within 7 days I wanted one after less than 1 hour)! She knows nothing about business, has no manners, nor respect! baring in mind she had a salon full of clients and children in there! A very rude, plastic, [censor]y type of salon, I would 100% avoid this place at all costs! She can keep my money if it's that important to her, I'm just annoyed at the principal of the way she went about her business! She's obviously one who wasn't bought up very well as I wouldn't dare speak to people in the manner she did me especially to someone older than me and in front of clients and children! There was no understanding or sympathy there, just goes to show what the world has come to money obsessed, fake, plastic, nasty, evil, materialistic people. Girls please help me . They have overcharged me .. rude when asked and now not taking my calls . I had my extensions done for a holiday which I go away next week .. they look horriable and I don’t know what to do ☹️
By far the worst customer service I have EVER received. So rude, unhelpful and unprofessional! Wrong colour was sent several times, 20" received instead of 22", ordered same colour twice and it was completely different in colour. Try to tell them and they will only start an argument with you and refuse to help. That's if you're lucky enough to even get a reply! Will never use again
Avoid this salon if you value your hair. The staff are not professionally trained and do not care about you or your hair. All they see is the pound signs that are in their eyes, you are treated like a piece of meat and God forbid you actually decide to complain to them as all you will get is fowl mouth verbal diarrhoea. Save your money and go else where because it will cost you more in the long run
I have never ever experienced anything like the owners . I have been going to Kingston for over a year .
Friday I was accused of theft and running away . I have left a review on the top . They have plastered me all over SOCAIL MEDIA. Name and Shame apparently?
They have been asked more then once to remove they have not, The police will be sent the images tomorrow so they will tell them to remove? I have not been ARRESTED nor charged and not been to court.
I am reporting them tomorrow to Trannding Standards. I am going to SUE for slander.
We spoke to a police officer off the record and she explained that they are not allowed to NAME AND SHAME if you have not been convicted?
Even then they are treading on flakey ground .
