This is a follow-up Tangerine Canada post relating to my complaint post on this platform dated March 4/26.
I spoke with an "Alex" at the Tangerine Canada call centre also on March 4/26 about my frustrating & totally negative experience I had with this "Bernice" person who put me on multiple long holds when I was simply asking her what interest rate I was getting for my savings account before him.
This "Alex" person first demanded for updating my personal information because I "have not access this account for a very long time." I told "Alex" this is an active account & I access it on a regular basis. He then put me on a long hold & said he still needed to update my address, phone number, etc. as I "have not updated this information for a very long time."
I complained why he said I have not access my otherwise active account for a long long time to begin with & get me worried & scared unnecessarily. Why did he automatically just said the incorrect thing that is not applicable to me or my account, etc.
I also challenged this "Alex" person Tangerine is sending me regular account statements & none got returned to them. Also is is customers' responsibility to notify them about address/phone number changes, is it not? Since when & on what ground that Tangerine needs to intimate us decent did nothing wrong customers with no information changes with their administrative need to "update"...
I also wanted to confirm my complaint on "Bernice" was in place & in good order. "Alex" kept telling me my "call-back request" was in place & a supervisor would call me within x number of business days, etc.
Same as my multiple previous complaints with Tangerine Canada, nobody from Tangerine Canada ever called since March 4/26. Seems to me that my complaints have all gone missing, ignored & discarded...AND THEY DO NOT CARE!
