Tampa Wash Bros review: The interaction between the female operator, Sonia Waterbury. ( 1 comment)

One of the owners of this company continually harasses our Dog Retreat. She is leaving bad reviews with false information, and misrepresentation of our very successful and respectable business in which we train service dogs for disabled veterans and people with disabilities in our community. This woman, Sonia Waterbury threatened our director over the phone a few minutes after her dogs were dropped off to us, (money was exchanged, contract signed, and the owner Ryan Waterbury drove off). It was obvious this woman was mentally unstable. We immediately demanded the dogs be picked up as we have a zero tolerance policy for threatening statements. The money was refunded when dogs were picked up. We tried remedying the situation but explained several times to Sonia that she signed a contract knowing that the deposit was non-refundable because it holds a spot on our calendar and other families are not able to book with us during the dates that the deposit covers. Sonia told our director that she was “Messing with the wrong one”. Since the incident, Sonia has been reporting us to different platforms, including the BBC on complete 100% false accusations. This is the first time anyone has ever done anything like this to us as we have very close relationships with all of our clients. We have informed Sonia that she is not to come to our property, contact our staff, and asked her to please stop harassing us. Quite frankly, we are scared and had to hire an attorney for the situation. Our mission is to help dogs and families and it will stay that way. It is very unfortunate that once in a while, a person like this comes along and tries to destroy one’s dream and livelihood and tries to get in the way of us helping other families and our community. We personally own our own pressure washer. If we ever needed to recommend a company for pressure washing, it would not be this company due to Sonia‘s behavior, unprofessionalism, and outright alarming behavior.
