The replica watch I received doesn't keep time (gains 4-8 minutes/hour), has a bezel misaligned, and has the wrong model name on the front of the dial. I contacted the intermediate sales person, who claimed to have in turn contacted the factory to request a replacement on my behalf, but then the stopped communicating with me.

Claimed loss: 275USD

Desired outcome: replacement with one that functions and looks correct
