Very unprofessional and unethical. Supplied maid that steal things and use the chance not to honour the one free replacement in 6 months contract. We reported to the police and the maid was issued a warning letter that no 2nd chance will be given if she's caught again. The agency Ms Aliah expect employer not to report to the police for theft, brazenly WhatsApp you that they dont want to know anything about the theft and they fully supported their maid's action. We were dumbfounded! Overall they will not support employer if employer run into troubles with their maid once you've spent on their agency fee. Stay away from this ageny at all means, look for other better agency
