Saw other complaints on Sam Leone of Leone and Assoicates. I agree, this guy is an idiot. He has no business working in construction. His ego is immensely large but his skill level is below a grade level "E". I have had several problems with my home and several problems with his attitude. He proclaims to build the best house and it is worth more than any other builder... boy was I taken!
