Inadequate heating and cooling without adequate explanation. Cracks in walls and foundation. Failing to respond to request as stated for warranty repairs. Giving the runaround on warranty issues.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
These people are slumlords and will increase the rent as much as they possibly can. The community upgrades that they do are a total joke. My rent has uncreased $100 just in one year. Not a good value anymore! I'm thinking about going back to living in apartments. At least then wouldn't have to deal with all the rundown trailers with all kinds of crap in the yards,police activity, dogs running around off leash, it's just ridiculous over here. I can't believe I'm paying this much to live in a run down trailer park.
