supportsigntopgamesinc.zendesk.com review: Laggy, glitch, I lost troops coz too much glitch

This on 29/10/2022 at 18.34 during svs, I enabled truce agreement of 8 hrs, as you can see in the screenshot but when enemy attacked me I lost troops surprised, no mail popped up when I enabled truce agreement but it was showing truce agreement timer I couldn't do anything to protect my city, I dropped an email to support but they're giving me useless data which not true, it's true that game is too laggy and glitch, you can take feedback from any players, now you fix my issue and I want my troops back which are stuck in the hospital else better i'll quit this game
