I just renewed my ESA license then I get an email saying my ESA letter is about to expire. This has happened the last two years. Also, my printer is broken and I can’t print anything. I would like the documents sent to me by mail. Help resolve this issue. Otherwise, I’m going to quit going through your company. My experience with your company has not been a satisfying experience.

Claimed loss: 160.00 plus

Desired outcome: I would like this matter resolved and else get a refund and go somewhere else. Please respond ASAP. Thank you.
