I gotta say, I was pretty excited to try out Superwater's product. Ordering it was a breeze, no problems there. And when it arrived, it came quick like a bunny and worked just fine. So far, so good.

But then, I got hit with some extra fees that I wasn't expecting. Like, what the heck? They didn't even tell me about it during the order and payment process. And to make matters worse, they didn't even bother to contact me about the extra $125.00 for shipping like they're supposed to. I mean, come on, Superwater, that's not cool.

I could have easily gotten the same product from another vendor for way less, including shipping. And to top it off, their site advertised free shipping unless they said otherwise. So what gives?

I tried to reach out to the owner to see if they could do anything about it, but I haven't heard back from them yet. Not gonna lie, I'm pretty disappointed. I was really hoping for a better experience with Superwater.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Superwater to anyone. And if you don't believe me, just take a look at some of the other reviews out there. I'm not the only one who's been scammed by this one-man operation. So, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from Superwater.

I've been a customer of Jacques at Superwater for a while now, and I gotta say, I've always been pretty happy with the service, the prices, and how much Jacques knows about the water filter biz. But my last order didn't go so great. Jacques has started adding what he calls "post sale" shipping fees, and for my filters, that was almost 20 bucks! But then Jacques sent me an email telling me I shoulda read the fine print, and that my filters had already been shipped. Yo, so I just got my latest order from Superwater (Order ID: superwater-***), and let me tell you, I was not impressed with the packaging. The box was all crushed up and there was only one measly piece of foam under one of the four filter canisters. Like, what the heck, Superwater? How you gonna send me fragile stuff with barely any protection? And to top it off, one of the S-101 canisters had a ripped open cellophane wrapping at the attachment nozzle. I'm lowkey worried that it might be damaged, but I won't know for sure until I hook it up to my RO unit and turn on the water.

The foam piece that was in the box looked like it was supposed to be at the bottom of the canisters, but there was no other packing material to be found. Like, come on, Superwater, you gotta do better than this. And to make matters worse, one of the carbon filters had the bottom half of the cellophane missing and the installation instructions were nowhere to be found. I mean, I can figure it out, but still, it's the principle of the thing.

Overall, I'm not too happy with the packaging situation, but I gotta say, Superwater's filters are top notch. Once I got everything hooked up and running, my water was crystal clear and tasted amazing. So, if you're willing to take a chance on the packaging, I'd definitely recommend giving Superwater a try. Just be prepared for some potential hiccups along the way.

I decided to give Superwater a try because their prices seemed pretty good and their website said that they offer 100% free shipping. Overall, I would not recommend using Superwater.com. The price on the website is not what you will end up being charged, and the customer service is not helpful. It's best to find another website to purchase from.

So, I recently got my hands on a unit from Superwater (superwater.com) and I gotta say, everything was going just fine until I received the package. I picked it up from the post office yesterday and opened it up this morning, only to be met with a big disappointment - the unit was damaged in transit! Let me tell you all about it. The cardboard box was made to enclose the size of the top section of the cannister, which is a couple inches larger in diameter than the long lower section. Unfortunately, the lower section was not held in place during transit, so it slid around and caused some damage. The round welded band on the bottom of the unit serves as the 'foot', but it was bent square at two locations. As a result, the unit does not sit squarely and 'teeters'. The bent spots occur around the spot welds, which is a cause for concern. I need to identify this because a leak is possible if the welds, which show through to the inside of the tank, may be weakened and therefore leak once the water pressure is turned on. I've taken a couple of pictures to illustrate the damage. Now, I'm not sure if I should try it out or go through a return/exchange process.

Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with the packaging and shipping process, but I'm hopeful that Superwater will be able to resolve this issue for me. I was really looking forward to using this unit, so it's a bummer that it arrived in this condition. I'll be sure to follow up with Superwater later to see what my options are.

I went on Superwater's website to order some water filters. I was happy to see that they had a message bubble on the main screen that said "most orders for water filters have FREE SHIPPING". I thought to myself, "Wow, that's great! I won't have to pay extra for shipping!" So, I processed my order and was pleased to see that the order screen did not add any shipping costs.

However, after I placed my order, my credit card company sent me a message saying that I had been charged $169.90 for the order. This was strange because I had an invoice stating that it would only be $126 and there were no shipping charges. I decided to call Superwater and complain about the overcharge.

The man that I talked to on the phone told me that these filters DID have shipping fees and that after the fees had been added, he would adjust the credit card charge to the new corrected invoice amount. He said that was how "everybody" does it. I argued with him, saying that this was not how "everybody" does it. He got loud and belligerent and wouldn't let me say much. After listening to him rant for several minutes, I hung up.

To my surprise, he tried calling me back. When I answered, he hung up on me! I was so frustrated and angry. This is a classic case of "BAIT AND SWITCH". They baited me with FREE SHIPPING and then overcharged me on the payment. This is a very bad and deceptive trade practice.

I would not recommend Superwater to anyone. They are not honest and do not treat their customers with respect. If you want to avoid being overcharged and treated poorly, I suggest finding another company to buy your water filters from.

I recently made two separate orders on Superwater's website and used a coupon that was posted on the front page. I was happy to see that there was no shipping charge on the email/confirmation page. However, the next day, I received a refund for the full amount and was charged a new shipping fee of around $40 for each order. The coupon was there on the front page, and there was no mention that I couldn't use it twice on separate orders.

Jacques was not happy that I wanted to cancel the order and told me to read the company policy. I tried to explain my situation, but he seemed to be more interested in defending the company's policy than helping me. After several requests for cancellation, he refunded my money, but only partially. I still haven't received $35.60, which I assume is for the 5% cancellation fee, even though I notified them within 24 hours, as per their policy.

In my opinion, this is a total scam. Superwater uses bait and switch tactics, offering coupons to lure customers, then not disclosing shipping fees, and charging them without approval. They then only do a partial refund (minus a 5% cancellation fee). I urge everyone to be aware of this scam artist/company. Many people have been duped by them, as evidenced by the negative reviews on Facebook.
