Super Savings Online review: HVAC replacement

We were sold an HVAC unit and furnace for $19000.00 and improper installation by unprofessional company in 7/21/2025. A door to door salesperson procured the appointment. Next there was a sales guy Andy who claimed they could replace the whole system. My Elderly parents were in dire need of AC as they were dealing with health issues. Once intalled they claimed the duct work was not included and wanted to charge more. Long story short my family got screwed with a crap install. A few days later the roof leaked water into the bathroomceiling Almost a year later no one has come to fix the ceiling. Calling the number is of no use no one answers.
