Good day I'm having problems concerning my money in my betting account that disappeared after the server went under maintenance, I had R450 in my account and went the server went online again my account balance was R0.00, I tried contacting supabet on live chat and via email but I'm not getting any response from supabets consultants, can I please get some feedback

I had money that I deposited and played with today (31/07/2021). I logged off and logged back in after 2 hours. Now all my money is gone. Shows me I have R0. 00 balance. I use Hollywood bets normally and have never had this issue. This is unacceptable and will be taken up with the gambling board SA if it is not corrected ASAP.

Poor customer service
I am regular customer at Yeoville Supabets branch since 2013 . This branch is a "messy" in terms of service delivery. Fraudulent activities, ripoffs, are at its toll at this branch. Clerks and their supervisors do as they please . they treat customers the way they like. Imagine early in the morning being tossed from clerk to clerk, "I am closed try another one" upon your next approach, the same "Iam closed" is said to you. What pains most someone would come after you to the same clerk and get the service you were denied of. Without a Tip you would hardly be served at this branch. upon realising this, I resorted to Book-A-Bet facility again I found the same rot. You are forced to wait while the so book-a-bet clerk is busy typing the non- booked tickets for customer who would leave a tip to him/her for the damage. Nomatter how many times you may report this to their superiors, nothing seems to change. You would find the supervisor coming behind the counter with a bunch of tickets from her ghost customers who don't want to queue to this same clerk you were complaining about asking him/her to type those tickets. Worst still you would find the clerks taking the winning tickets to the payout cashiers from the customers who don't want to queue, collecting money for them. I would say more, Please attend to this issue before these greedy personnels tarnish the good image of this company.
Poor customer services at supabet hammanskraal
Betting clerks at Hammanskraal are not wearing their name tags and that makes it difficult to report them if you had a problems with them because most of the time when they see customers who are playing soccer they leave their desk and go speak with another clerk that is busy with a customer. The sport fixture is a problem to get it on time .they open at 06:30 in the morning but the fixtures get ready by 08h00 sometimes. Can't they get the fixtures ready by the time they open their doors to customers because that is the time we want to see the fixture and bet.I will be really happy if my query is attended to.

I went to Alexandra supabets yesterday (05/10/20), I was assisted by a lady by the name of Zanele Ndlovu . I normally don't file complaints. But the lady is rude, dismissive, impatient and was shouting at me, talking to her colleague while assisting me with an attitude. It was as if I disgust her .I'd understand if there was a long queue but there was no one behind it was not busy . I walked away feeling down thinking maybe she disrespected me because I was playing with a small amount of money . We all human beings and shouldn't be treated like animals .

Rude attitude from a cashier
Had the worst 1st experience at the Supa bets Alexandra branch, was served by a gentleman by the name of Khulekani Zwane he was very rude. I approached his counter as it was my 1st experience with no idea that I had to write the number that I was betting down and when he rudely told me that I had to write the numbers down then I told him that i was only betting 1 number expecting him to assist he rudely told me that I am making noise for him and he is going on his lunch break, sat for while ignoring and in a few seconds rudely left

On 21/05/2020 I first spoke to Njabulo regarding the unresolved matter who promised to escalate the matter to their withdrawal team and later call and give feedback that didn't happen I then after 2 hours of waiting for feedback from Njabulo made another call and eventually spoke to Papi who also claimed to have escalated the matter to their withdrawal team I decided to give them ample time to resolve the issue hence I made calls in the evening yesterday 21/05/2020. Today 22/05/2020 I called FNB ewallet consultant round about 13hours and spoke to Nomsa who checked their system and found no funds were ever available on my cell no [protected] which is the cell no registered with Supabets and FNB I then again called Supabets and ultimately got hold of Brian and explained my case He then promised to escalate the matter to their withdrawal team and again decided to give them ample time to deal with the situation between them and FNB He too never called to give me feedback I made a call again and spoke to Papi (whom I spoke to yesterday) who decided to cut off my call after realizing I am the same person he spoke to day before, I tried again and again they kept cutting my calls without answering
I urgently need this matter resolved I'm in need of money during this covid19 plight
