SugarDaddyForMe.com is a dating site that promises to match up successfull and wealthy individuals. However, once they have your credit card there is no going back. It is run by Russian individuals who do no respond to emails and there is no phone contanct. Cancelling your account is not an option. They continued to bill me for several months after I emailed them to cancel. Furthermore several fraudulent electronics purchases were made with my card after I signed up with them. I'm a security aware indididual and have never experienced idnentity theft after years of online shopping. However, weeks after signing up with sugardaddyforme.com my cc was being used by fraudster all of the net. It's just speculation that the sell your credit card information, but it's fact that their customer service does not exist and THEY WILL FRAUDULENTLY BILL YOU EVEN IF YOU TRY TO CANCEL.

I guess im wondering how are u all " sugar daddies" when you are complaining about $30 or $80. Aren't sugar daddy's ballers, buy the best and buy drinks for everyone?Cancel the cc to give your low budget sugar daddy bank accounts a break. Shm- sound like a bunch of imposter sugar daddies. Go to pof, its $8.00. - if u can afford it

No online dating site can claim that not one member will ever have a complaint. But SugarDaddyForMe.com has been online since 2005 and in that time we have had 4.5 million members join our site. Out of 4.5 million members it is impossible not to have one or two members from time to time who have a complaint. Sometimes they are justified and sometimes they are not justified. And we have made major efforts to improve our customer service in 2014. For example on the largest complaint posting website we had just 3 complaints in all of 2014! There were over 700, 000 new members who joined the site in 2014. That means we get just 1 complaint out out of every 233, 000 people who join the site!

Our customer service department is dedicated and committed to resolving every single member's issues and to make sure we make every member happy with the results. Simply contact us at CS@SugarDaddyForMe.com or call us at [protected] toll free and we will resolve your issue no matter what it is.

To prove to yourself that all but a very few of our 4.5 million members are extremely happy with our site, please visit our Testimonials page here http://www.sugardaddyforme.com/index.php?page=testimonials. We have literally thousands of real testimonials from real members who love our site and are loyal and devoted fans of SugarDaddyForMe.com. These members sent us their testimonials without any compensation or reward at all, simply because they love the site and remain extremely happy members. Again, if any member ever has a problem, please let us resolve it for you by contacting us at CS@SugarDaddyForMe.com or call us at [protected] toll free. Our goal is to make every member happy so please give us that chance.

I am now in a relationship, I haven't been on this site in months but now I am getting texts from old sugar daddys saying they saw my my profile. It's really frustrating! at least I'm not loosing money but I don't want my pictures out there and information.. i don't even check it anymore nor do I have any need for it.
Good luck everyone! and if anyone knows how a sugar baby can delete their profile please let me know, I'd really appreciate it!

How people are supposed to give you their card details when the ustomer service does not seem to exist at all or represented by max 1 person?

Ha this is great. Hey kassaundra.. explain this one. I signed up for a profile and accepted the 99 cent trial offer for 5 days. Now previous to this one before, a while back, i had created an account and it sent me a registration email and approved my profile in less than ten minutes for everything. For this profile i did not accept your trial offer.
Two days ago i did it different.
After accepting this offer and giving you my cc info. I was immediately charged. Two hours later I still had no registration email no purchase reciept nothing. But that charge on there Iimmeadiatrly. Also at the end of two hours my profile Was denied approval. Ha ha. Sure is funny how crooked your company is. Smart thing about me though... I SCREENAHOT EVERYTHING. TIMESTAMPED IT ALL. So now I have proof of your crookedness. Your phone has no service ever.
Oh and it's now two days later and I still have no registration email no customer service response no profile approval. My profile Was clean and polite too. Still no purchase reciept but I got my bank statement. So explain your company's actions for that one. Your company is a joke.

Yes my name is Antjuan and about a month ago me and my friend Kim came across sugardaddysforme.com they said the had a 3 day free trial and if you didn't want to get billed then cancel after three days i also didnt sign up for any membership at all so how would they even know what to charge me if i didnt put what membership i wanted ###ING ### IM PISSED so I sign up put down my credit card information signed up with the website Anf before the third day I went and told them that I wanted my profile terminated and the next and on the third day they billed me for the whole month then terminated my profile the next day I called my back and they told me exactly who took the money out of my bank and it was like Rnl. Help or something like that so I called them and they said that I was gunna take up to 10 days to get my refund back and they will email me when i was to get my money back I waited 10 days called them back and they said that in order to get my refund back I would of had to cancel my profile before the trial was over and I did exactly; that and the lady was nice to me she was really trying to help me get my money back she said I had to get my complaint that I filed for my refund passed and that it would take 10 days to get my refund and so I waited 10 more days then guys what they deleted the website of the people that took my ###ing money I'm so upset because I was helping a friend find a guy for her because she just went through cancer and beat it and I just wanted her to get her ego boosted by trying out a website that scams people so on the third day a day after I filled for the deletion of my profile they took 58 bucks out of my account which that was I had at least 60 bucks in do I got to the store to put gas in the car with my 3 year old daughter and it say my card was denied and I was furious so I called my bank and they told me Rnl.help took it out not only did I have to push my car somewhere it couldn't be toed I also had to hold my daughter and walk 5 ###ing miles in the blazing heat with no money for food no money to get on the bus NOTHING I've been trying to Email Kasaundra and her exact words were We answer all emails within 48 hours. When you join using a 3 day trial you can cancel yourself and not incur any billing as long as you cancel within your 3 day trial. If you truly have an issue, then in stead of posting use the customer service And I have did all that and I get no Feedback I am very ###ing pissed of about this and I'm not going to stop until I get my money back and I'm going to do what ever it take to get my money back or die ###ing trying even if I have to get a plane ticket to there corporate office in California I will because this ### is wrong and I would never forget what me and my child had to go through because I got scammed by a ###ing stupid ### dating website I will continue to keep posting sending messages to your customer service and filling fraud against sugardaddysforme.com to the BBB

Omg. It is run by a Russian and I am waiting to bring him and this lovely company down. It is so run by a Russian. I am going to complain everywhere I can until that site is turned off and lovely Russian man is in jail for life for scamming me and many others out of money. The same Russian involved in this scam is most likely the one who was putting ads on Craigslist that he is a filmaker, but got charged with prositution. Not to mention this same man has been charged with domestic assualt on a female as well who filed a restraining order against him and charged with damage to private and public property. We need to see this site shut down and the culprit must pay.

THIS IS THE WORST SITE IN HISTORY. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL FROM AROUND MARCH THE 2ND AND STILL UNABLE TO GET A RESPONDS. I HAVE EMAILED THROUGH MY EMAIL.. I HAVE EMAILED THROUGH THEIR SITE AND I FINALLY GOT A CELL AND LEFT A MESSAGE. EVERY TIME I EMAILT HROUGH THE SITE- THEY SAY- YOU WILL BE ANSWERED IN LIKE 48 HOURS, NEXT 56 HOURS N IT CONTINUES. THIS IS THE WORST SITE AND I AM HERE TO WARN PEOPLE THAT DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND TRY THIS SITE AT ALL. THERE ARE MUCH BETTER SITES OUT THERE THAT REFUNDS YOUR MONEY IF ANYTHING. BEST YOU CAN DO IS CALL YOUR BANK AND CANCEL YOUR CARD AND GET ANOTHER ONE. SUGARDADDYFORME.COM SHOULD BE BANNED FROM THE NET AND NOT USED BY ANYONE AT ALL. THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS

They emailed me offering me a free 3 day trial 4 months ago which I accepted. I then emailed them to cancel my membership before the 3 days was up.. Since that time I have been charged for 3 months and have not received a response from their customer service! This place is a huge scam! I have emailed every section of their customer service multiple times and cannot get an answer! SO EVERYONE KNOWS SUGARDADDYFORME.COM IS A HUGE SCAM THAT WILL STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD MONEY! I used this site. Twice. The first time I just went and got a paid membership. Because that was the only way I could read or answer my emails (that is crap in its self. I should be able to at read and answer for free). Then the second time I tried the 3-day trial. I cancelled it on the third day so my card wouldn't be charged. I didn't hear back from them. Two weeks later I get an email from them stating that they apologize for the delay in the response, and because I was charged when I asked them not to, they refunded the money and gave me two months free. Unfortunately that wasn't true. I was able to use the month they charged me for, but if I want to use my two free months, I would have to use a credit card all over again. Not interested. The sugar daddies NEVER reply to your emails. They only send one, you answer, and then that is it. Nothing else. Whenever I am asked why did I cancel, I tell them, NO ONE answers their emails. In actuality I think this is just a site to get money, and that's all.

This site is a COMPLETE fraud! If you don't mind being charged, then you're ok. But if you try the 3 day free trial membership, they WILL bill you. GUARANTEED THEY WILL BILL YOU! EVEN IF YOU CANCEL. They are complete and utter scammers! They DO NOT have a phone number. EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU CALL. It says "All customer reps are busy, please leave a message." If you're foolish enough to leave a message, they will NEVER call you back! If you try to email them, they will NOT reply within 48 hours, in fact they will never reply. I had to go through a dispute process with my credit card company. If you do fall for this, make sure you have sent them an email and you can save it as evidence that you sent them an email attempting to cancel the 3 day free trail before the 3 days. Then, you have evidence that you did attempt to cancel, and your credit card company should refund you. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM! They make you go through all this hassle just to get your money back. Why do you think that they make you contact customer service to cancel your subscription? Because they will never reach you and cancel your membership! That's why they don't have self cancellation, because they want to bill you!

I have been patiently waiting for a refund that was promised to me. I have heard nothing back and have been trying to call and have never gotten through. I have emailed multiple times. I left a final voice message today that if I did not hear back from them by COB, I would be filing a law suit with the company. Is anyone interested in making this a class-action suit? At this point, its not about money - its about principle and customer service.

This site is 100% BS! They charged me over $50 for a gold membership 3-day free trial that I contacted them to cancel BEFORE the trial expired. I even sent emails to all their "departments" to make sure at least one made it to the "right" place and I would not be charged. I have sent countless emails, called twice, and NOTHING in days! No "response by customer service rep within 48 hrs". The "live chat" is a lie and the phone number they have up now under contacts I could have sworn was added AFTER my emails sent complaining to them about it being hidden. When I first signed up there was no phone number that I saw only the "email". This comapny/site sucks! They are scammers! I only signed up for free trial b/c I had received messages that I wanted to respond to. I thought that like w/ most good companies I could call, email, or chat and they would promptly delete my profile and NOT charge me. They did the exact opposite. I CANNOT seem to cancel my profile/account (despite two attempts to do so by email! Who doesn't have a cancel option on the indiv profiles so ppl can cancel easily themselves...scam artists don't!) I have had to stop payment on the $53 they charged me but will probably not see that money back. I just wanted to try out the sight not sign up for a membership (thus the trial) now I have had my hard earned money taken from me and will have to get another cc issued b/c of this crap sight. Customer service is non existent (what legit company says wait for customer support specialist then immediately sends u to voicemail, doesn't respond to emails w/ in 48 hrs repeatedly, hides contact info for support and still charges you even though u cancel before the "trial" expires. They only have the one "success" story! It probably isn't even true. AWFUL SITE! Do not sign up with them for a "free" account or membership.

sugardaddyforme.com does indeed either post fake profiles or completely ignores them altogether even when reported. Case in point, there are 3 very bad posters of fake profiles, using photos of the same person all the time but not always the same photos. One has over the last 3 years posted at least one new fake profile a week but usually more, I have seen as many 9 in one week posted from this person using photos of the same person, though not all photos are the same. 2 others are almost as bad. They use various ages and locations, the worst repeatedly posts most often in the Morrison, TN area but post numerous others elsewhere.

The 3 worst offenders have been reported by myself and others on various and numerous occasions since they do claim to at least briefly review profiles and photos, I know as I have had problems for no real reason getting my profile re-approved when I have made changes. By now they should know the faces of these woman and delete new profiles on sight yet they continue allow the new profiles and even when shown that this person has several new fake profiles up, meaning I sent them profile ID numbers and links to the fake profiles posted all with different information but photos of the same person they did not delete the profiles or block the user account as I followed the fake profiles and noted that most were still being logged into recently. So they ignore even known fake profiles and leave them up.

There are 1000's of fake profiles posted, many old now, but new ones posted all the time. There are about 40 others fake posters that post new profiles about once or twice a month.

I am used to seeing fake profiles on web sites, like Alt.com and Adultfriendfinder.com and many others, its part of being online, but never ever on any other web site have seen such abuse as people being allowed to post them on sugardaddyforme.com, and this I swear to God for those that believe in him.

I agree when it comes to contacting them, you can almost forget it. Phone calls do go to voice mail, email replies either are not answered or you get a form letter saying they will look into things. I even attempted to contact the owner, yes I know who he is, and it was to find out how to reach him, and he never was kind enough to even send me an email or reply to my own and call, which guess what? Went to voice mail when I tried to reach him.

I canceled my paying membership no problem, you just need to follow the cancellation directions in the terms and conditions and online elsewhere, You Do Not email them to cancel, if you do, forget it. I am just saying my own experience in canceling went fine but can not attest to what others I have read being billed after canceling or even having their credit cards used / numbers stolen only after joining the site. Just I personally had no issues after joining or canceling.

Their fees are outrageous, an admin fee billed monthly for what? No one manning the ship on a runaway train?

They allow profiles by woman that say things as simple,
" want to know about me just ask. " and even " just ask me... " and they don't post anything more then a few sexy photos. About 20 percent of new profiles being posted are that simple.

Fake men? Him read this, maybe men scamming women, but fake profiles by men are more rare, trust me, I know what I am talking about. And I know dating sites and SD4ME is one of the worst online! Just up to make money as all others but this one completely ignores any responsibility to police the site and profiles and ignores its real members, paying and non paying.

I am not saying there are not real profiles, there are, and did meet someone for dinner once, nice lady but not a match for me. But it is hard to find real and serious woman and men who are for real " meaning they actually are sugar daddies and have the means to be. " Most men are frauds and have no money or no real money and just looking to just get laid for free promising the world to get into a woman's pants then giving noting in return or if the woman won't sleep with them on the first date they blow them off when the men did nothing to even try and show they were serious about spoiling her or creating an actual agreement / relationship.

I have policed this site since 2007 and know what I am talking about, sugardaddyforme.com sucks and they need get to on the ball because it is going to Hell more and more by the days and months that pass. I know dating web sites, am sick of most, especially this one and have been working on perhaps creating my own small string of sites that actually police profiles and has real defined standards as sugardaddyforme.com should considering what they make you pay for a membership. And I am not saying this because I am thinking of creating a dating site, its because it is true as almost any member who has been there any length of time can tell you.

Good luck to you, but if you are serious about finding someone for any reason, SD4ME is by far once of your worst choices and you have the the worst chance of finding someone as serious as you are until they get the site in order and set some standards and also learn how to deal with customers.

Be well,
John

surgardaddyforme.com is a rip off! but yet before you pay to become a member, they tell you how you shouldn't send any money to anybody especially Africa but they are corrupt. they accept payments and do not allow you into their systems after payments. they have done it to me. they should be sued!

i first signed with a different id but could not upload any pictures and then i signed with another address which i used my pictures and paid to become a member but they deny me login yet they keep send messages to my other id asking me to pay to become a member and also upload pictures for more recognition. but this is to you sugardaddyforme! i have closed the debit card so you may rip me off the $34 but not again and i will destroy your reputation if you do not stop ie even if you have one!

When www.sugardaddyforme.com has billed your credit card without your permission you can do something called a chargeback with your bank. Call up your bank; tell them www.sugardaddyforme.com billed you without your permission and chargeback. Your bank will contact the credit card processor that www.sugardaddyforme.com uses and they will file a complaint with the credit card processor or merchant, in order for you to receive a refund for the wrongfully billed transaction. According to visa and MasterCard, www.sugardaddyforme.com can only have about a 2% chargeback ratio. That means for every 100 people that they bill, only about 2 of them can request that they were billed wrongfully before visa and MasterCard starts to investigate transactions being processed by www.sugardaddyforme.com that are not authorized. The result is that their credit card processor will eventually terminate the ability for www.sugardaddyforme.com to process credit cards on their website. Also, notice that what appears on the billing statement is different from what www.sugardaddyforme.com really does. It's is not a web marketing website it is a website that involves dating. Dating is classified as high risk in regards to the credit card processing world. www.sugardaddyforme.com is doing something in the industry called "factoring." That is against visa and MasterCard policy. Your voice counts. Let your bank know that you want your money back and that you are doing a "chargeback". www.sugardaddyforme.com needs to stop taking advantage of people and this is one of the only ways to make that happen. Notify your bank today. When more and more people start complaining about charges that were not authorized, their credit card processor will shut off their ability to process credit cards so no one else gets scammed.

I have news for you, I agree with sugardaddyforme.com being fraudulent. I was on this site before and tried to stop after one month and was billed for two more months before I finally had to cancel my credit card, which is a hassel since I have other bills set up for autopay with it. Once again, a year later, I am having the same problem. I wasn't going to join, but this time I had 9 emails from men who I wasn't able to read their notes unless I joined. I joined to read them. It turns out these men who emailed me are FAKES. NONE of them have read the eamails I sent from over a week ago. They all sent similar messages. I've tracked their activity online and they all show being online within two hours. FAKE profiles to lure people to join!
I've sent three emails in the past two weeks to customer service and I have heard NOTHING back. TERRIBLE customer service! THREE weeks of attempting to contact and NOTHING back! BEWARE!

Fisrt of all. If you want to use a site like this and really only want to do a 3 day trial and get a feel for what you might get out of it, my suggestion is to get a pre=-paid credit card and only put on it enough to cover the 3 day trial or one month fee. The pre-paid will keep your credit good, keep you frm being over charged and also is good for privacy. Just curoius. Its Calabasas CA? Wonder if the Kardashians are behind this little venture? Just joking. Too bad its a scam. I could use a rich gentleman pampering me in exchange for the pleasure of my company... Bebegurl Orlando Fl

Hello,
I have a question to you all. I never signed up for SD4me, but last night I received an email with account and password. What should I do now? Should I just ignore it? Since I never give my card informations to anyone (and I'm still underaged -.-).. but I'm not sure, if they still could have my informations somehow. I didn't log-in once, and after all what I have read in your comments, I think, I shouldn't do it. Does someone have any advices for me?

thanks,
t.

Customer service is non-existent.

The 3 day trial is a scam to get your card information as demonstrated by my experience. When I signed up for a 3 day trial and requested cancellation on the 3rd day, my request was was ignored and my card billed for a full month.

As all my correspondence was disregarded (as far as I know) I promptly reported the card as lost in order to remove their capability to charge any further, but I went ahead and used the service for that month.

As a site, it seems generally automated and users get generic "we want you back" and "members are checking you out" e-mails, but I have yet to view any real site owner / CS interaction.

If I wanted to further shop for a sugarbaby I would probably use it, but with a prepaid card to limit the site owners ability to rip me off.

I have had the exact same issue. Nobody responds to calls, emails, live chat support, voice mails, or feedback forms. They just bill you regardless and there is no way to delete your profile, close your account, or cancel, etc. Please be warned of this scam site.

I paid for a membership to this site about 1 year ago. Little did I know there were fake profiles posted by the staff to entice members to sign up for a paid membership. I paid for one month and then canceled approximately 25 days later. The site billed me for 2 additional months. My emails were never returned.

I left several messagse and finally almost 3 months later I received a credit. These extra debits to my account caused me to go over the limit with my credit card company and I had to pay additional fees. When it was all said and done the $14.95 membership ended up costing me almost $90! I would not recommend this site to anyone.

The Better Business Bureau of Southland INC.

Here's the catch: SugarDaddyForMe.com holds out, for women, the promise of finding a rich man to provide for them and, for men, the promise of finding someone they'll love to pamper. Most who complain to the Bureau cancel almost immediately after they sign on, but when they're charged for services anyway, they find the Sugar Daddy trap more sticky than sweet.

SugarDaddyForMe sells romance with, from all implications, prospects who have a Dom Perignon pocketbook and will freely pour out its contents. Like a barker at a carnival sideshow, the Calabasas company not very subtly hints at what's inside that you can't afford to miss for the slim price of admission. “Ladies, ” it begins, “Are you an attractive, young woman? . . . An aspiring model, actress or businesswoman? . . . Would you like to have a man be a provider for you? . . . Do you just love to be taken care of and treated like a princess? . . . “Looking for an ExtraMarital affair?”

And for the gentlemen, “Have you . . . attained substantial success? Are you a very busy executive . . .? Whether you want to have an ExtraMarital Affair or just love to pamper a special someone, you are at the right place!”

And although the company prohibits offers of money in exchange for sex, its terms and conditions require members to keep their communications “in the nature of seeking romantic relationships where one member may wish to help the other one financially within the context of a relationship because they care for and appreciate the other person and want to help them.”

Without signing up, you can view photo after tantalizing photo of young, attractive, women in various poses and various stages of dress or undress (though the company's policies also prohibit the display of any content containing nudity). Male photos are rare.

Although you can also post your own personal information or search for persons meeting the specifications you choose just by registering and accepting the company's contract, consisting of its terms and conditions (this would be a standard, or non-paying, membership), you will have to upgrade to a premium membership to communicate by email with anyone who wants to contact you or anyone you want to contact. You will have to pay extra to receive email from non-paying members.

Memberships range from $29.95 to $34.95, depending on whether you want such features as top placement in searches, Smart Match Detection emails, etc. The “total access” feature for non-paying member communication adds $14.95 to the cost, and in every case you'll have to pay a $3.95 administration fee.

According to SugarDaddy's terms and conditions, it does not monitor the activity of its members, nor does it screen or interview them, inquire into their backgrounds, or make any attempt to verify the accuracy of their statements. It expressly does not guarantee or promise specific results to those using its website. In short, the website functions as a meeting place for romantics to seek romance, and should you find it, if you're one seeking it, you should be aware that SugarDaddy disclaims any responsibility for loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from your use of their website.

SugarDaddy offers a three-day trial period but has a strict no-refund policy once the standard member upgrades to a paying membership.

The Better Business Bureau has received 39 complaints so far about D-rated SugarDaddyForMe. All complainants say they tried to cancel before expiration of their trial period but were charged anyway. At least some of them complain that they couldn't reach a live operator or that phone or email messages were not returned. In some cases SugarDaddy responds that they did not receive the client's cancellation message until after the charge had been made.

It's clear that all complainants voluntarily paid during the free trial period, since the company had enough financial information to charge them. Complaints don't say why they paid, and only one of the complainants I've been able to contact seemed willing to talk to me in any more detail about her experience with SugarDaddy. That complainant canceled because of her concerns about background checks and concluded that the offer was a scam. “. . . there are more sexual predators on this site than you can imagine, ” she says.

My guess is that the answer as to why complainants pay so soon may also lie in the free trial itself. That is, you can browse the website, post your profile and read others' profiles and view the photos, but you can't fully experience the workings without paying. So, I suspect viewers sign up and give their credit card or bank account number, assuming no charge will be made until the end of the trial period.

I believe it could be, also, that those using the website have second thoughts about it once they realize that three days is probably not enough time to find out whether they'll get results or not.

Kim's advice: Don't get caught. Here are some ways to help you avoid losing money to companies like SugarDaddy:

. Don't give out credit card or bank account numbers unless you feel confident that unauthorized deductions won't be made. If you must give financial information to take advantage of a free trial, accept that as an indication that you probably shouldn't do business with the company.

. Pay by credit card rather than by other means so that you can dispute the charge if you need to.

. Read, read, read the terms and conditions carefully before you accept them. Among those included in SugarDaddy's three and one-half pages of fine print is one that gives them an irrevocable right to use whatever you post (that would include photos and personal information) for any purpose whatsoever.

. As always, get a Better Business Bureau reliability report before doing business. In this case, SugarDaddy's D rating is a strong statement about your chances of a satisfactory transaction.

. California law requires dating services to offer a three-business-day cancellation right, beginning with the date you sign the contract. You sign the contract when you check the “I accept” box early in the registration process, and the company's three-day trial period would comply with the three-day cancellation right requirement.

California law also requires notice of this right to be included in the contract, with specified wording, and because SugarDaddy's contract does not comply with this requirement, you have the right to cancel the contract at any time. Nevertheless, enforcing this right would require a small claims court action and would be difficult.

. A better solution is to complain to the Bureau if you've been overcharged. In almost every case, SugarDaddy has responded to complaints by agreeing to refund the consumer's money. Although, as is typical, most complainants did not notify us as to whether or not they actually received their refund, several did, and I believe it's likely that many or even most of the others received theirs, too.

Finally, be aware that money may not be all you have to lose by using this website.

Kasaundra just because you are an " ever growing company" does not neglect the fact that your company has comitted fraud on more then one occasion with the addition to the fact that you have more than 40 reports filed against your comany with the Better Business Bureau. All for the same reason, so obviously your company doesen't care about your members or people who want to cancel or their or account or should I say can't cancel their account unless they threaten to file a report against SD4ME.com or threaten a law suit against your site. I find it comical that you come on sites like complaints.com to post a rebuttal. The irony of it all is that I got a quicker response from you on a complaints.com then I did as a unwilling paying member on your website. Your company is highly unprofessional and I don't appreciate you or your company digging their hands into my bank account unlawfully. Furthermore, I will discuss nothing with you nor your company. SD4Me.com, because if you were taking care of business lawfully I wouldnt have to have had filed a report against you and notify the fraud department.

You may act clueless to what is going on Kasaunda, but you, I and alot of other people know whats really going on. Scam artist at their finest, the Better Business Bureau gave you people a well earned grade of an F. By the way this is what the Better Business Bureau had to say about your so call " ever growing company" practices.

"Company Rating F
Our opinion of what this rating means:
We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices. "

" This company offers online profiles and photos of those seeking romantic partners. The company makes no claims about guarantees of successful matches, nor does it promise that members will find suitable prospects. Its website implies that those who use their services, particularly men seeking women to “pamper, ” are wealthy.

The company offers a three-day trial period, but consumers can’t take full advantage of the service without paying for a membership. The trial viewers give credit card or bank account numbers, apparently in the belief that they won’t be charged until the trial period expires. All complainants say they canceled, or tried to cancel, during their trial period but were charged anyway. Some complain that the company’s mail box is full or that phone and email messages to cancel are not returned.

The company complies with California law by requiring acceptance of its terms and conditions (its contract) before registering and by offering a three-day trial period, during or at the end of which they say you may cancel. The company’s contract does not comply with California’s requirement to notify those who accept that they have the cancellation right, and to use specified language to do that. Nevertheless, that right would have to be enforced by a small claims court action in California. "

I just filed a complaint against them with the BBB, this company refuses to answer their phone, all calls roll over to voice mail and their so called online help/chat always has a glitch and never works. Just like the old saying goes always look before you leap! This company is a scam. Also, the BBB gives this company an F. That's right an F. I had to cancel my bank card today and once the charges aren't pending anymore Im contacting my banks fraud department.

I was also charged a full membership after I cancelled on the second day of the 3 day trial. I e-mailed their customer service, phoned them and left a message and tried their live chat, that never came on. So on the 4th day, there it was the charge on my card, it was supposed to be 29.95 and it was a 33.90 charge. THEN, they COMPLETELY blocked me out of the WHOLE service, I couldn't even use the basic service like sending a kiss because I threatened to turn them into the BBB, so finally on about the 15th day, they email me and OFFER me a two month, the first month is what I already paid for, (oh, can I really have the month I already paid for?), and then the next month free), I never responded, so they emailed me again, saying they will refund my money in about 10-15 days, of which I know I'll never see. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card, and be issued a new one so I won't accrue any more charges, If anyone is reading this, FILE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB, which is what I did, and I am contacting an attorney also, this place is blatantly fraudulant, and they are and have NO intention of cancelling you before the 3 days is up. They WILL ignore you and you WILL be charged, make no mistake about it. A friend of mine on there said that it is being run by a 16 year old from his bedroom, and I'm beginning to believe such is true. I have never ever seen such bad business practices in all my years of doing business on the internet, and these people need to take some etiquette lessons, and if I were them, I wouldn't show my face in public for shame and embarrassment purposes. How do you people sleep at night?

I send a cancellation request few minutes after the 3-day trial application.
Yet they completely ignore me, and go out of their way to charge the whole month membership.
A decent site usually refund a portion of the period the member haven't used
But this site use a no refund policy, so they can ignore your request and charges you.
If a member ever able to fight back to prevent future charges, the site still in the rights to get a hold of
the charges they already made.

I have also been fraudulently charged by this website. They didn't respond to emails until the next billing cycle started. Immediately after I finally got my account cancelled, my credit card was charged by online "businesses" all over the world. Stay away, big time.
