Suddenlink Communications - Service wire on ground

SuddenLink placed my service wire on the ground across my concrete driveway in May with the promise it would be buried within two weeks. It is now November 24 and the service wire is still on the ground. Every time I visit their store I get an appointment, usually a two week interval, for someone to come out and bury this service wire. SuddenLink never shows, never calls. A little over a month ago SuddenLink laid another service wire from the pedestal in my front yard to another residence two houses down so now I have two service wires on the ground in my front yard that I have to protect when I mow, and every Monday I have to move out of the way so the garbage truck won't drop the garbage cans on the service wires. When the technician placed my service wire he had to drill the lock off the pedestal so now the lid is ajar; they need to fix this as well. There is nobody at SuddenLink that will take ownership of this issue. Everyone I see/talk to/online chat with says they have no authority to do anything more than to make another appointment. The service wires are a hazard and an eyesore.

Suddenlink Communications - cable / internet

On Thursday September 19th, my cable/internet went out at my home due to a weather storm. I called the 877 number was via the automated machine was informed it was a regional outage. On Saturday the 21st, I called again and after about an hour and a half on hold, I was able to speak to someone. After troubleshooting, they could not fix the problem. I was scheduled for service on Wednesday the 25th, 6 days after the outage. Tech showed up and advised it was an issue outside, another crew would have to come out and fix that. I was again scheduled for a tech to come out on Thursday October 3rd...8 day later. My scheduled time was from 10A to 8P. Well after waiting all day nobody showed up. I called at about 9P and waiting once again for about an hour and a half. Once on the phone with customer service I was informed that the tech had closed out the work order at about 930P. This "work" was done outside in the back yard. Impossible, I have flood lights that are on, 4 dogs that bark, and I'm sitting at a table that faces the back yard. On Friday, the 4th, a service tech actually shows up to do the work. He gets the internet working and one of three TV's working. He leaves telling me to call his cell phone if I have any problems. Well, the other two TV's are not working when he leaves. I call his cell phone on Saturday the 5th and leave him several messages. He calls me back and says he can't come back out today because he has other work orders to complete. You HAVE NOT completed my work order. I once again call customer service and wait another hour plus. I am informed that a tech would be out Sunday the 6th. This tech actually shows up and fixes the problem. Problem solved right? Wrong. On Monday the 7th, I go up to the Conroe office and complain about the service being out for about 17 days. I spoke with a Christie and wrote up and credit request and handed me a yellow sticky with the information. I get my November bill and the whole bill is expected to be paid. I went up to the Conroe office and spoke with Devin, absolutely zero help from him. On Thursday November 7th I finally call and speak to customer service. I'm told they can credit me 20 DOLLARS, off my bill. My bill is over 300 dollars to begin with. (home phone, internet, cable). Less than 10 percent off my bill for half the month of service. Not what I expected out of a huge company like Suddenlink.

Suddenlink Communications - suddenlink internet

I went back to Suddenlink in May 2019 I put my account on autopay but 2 months later I got late payment charge. I called them and Customer service just wanted to argue with me saying I didn't put on autopay🤬. I do this because I have very limited funds because I'm on Disability. Wouldn't refund late charge🤬. Then I find out this was a issue on upgrade of systems. Since 1st/2nd week of August my whole area including my service has been down more than it's up. I have called 3 times and spent over 2.25 hours on hold waiting for a Representative to answer and then tried to tell me my equipment (BS) this is a area outage and had nothing to do with equipment! On third call told them if they wanted to waste money they could send someone out to check issues because they kept insisting it was line or equipment issues. The 2nd week September I at least had some service yet slow and sporadic. Now down again🤬.

What is going on this is ridiculous I want a refund for service and late charges and a explanation for issues! I also want to know when or if services will return to what I'm paying for. My whole neighborhood is way past frustrated and it has cost me money because I have had to increase my Phone Service Internet to cover Suddenlink's shortcomings.
