I had my internet installed when I moved into my home 2 months ago. I have yet to have someone come and bury the cable as they promised and it is still on top of the ground. I have called twice-the first time I was told there is no work order in, the second time the work order was to be for 10-28-19. Well... Nobody showed up. I need to have this cable buried before the cold weather starts in and the ground is too hard to do it! I don't understand-I have been without suddenlink for 6 yrs since I moved to an area they do not serve. I could not wait to get it back but now? Its a shame. Sherry fannin [protected]
