In August when my mom's cable bill was paid she was charged a double payment. I called and asked them to either refund one of the payments or to please credit her account. Then I made a 200.00 payment around the first part of the month this month. Now they say that she still owes over 300.00 dollars. I want something done or the next step is to contact my attorney. Your company seems to want to take advantage of the elderly. Thank you. Jo
