Possibly the worse Customer Service I have ever dealt with in 20+ years. We recently moved to the Dover Area in DE. We had an emergency leak on our propane tank after the snowstorm. They send a technician over a week ago who only replaced a piece of damaged pipe. The tank is still missing a foot and is not very stable. I asked the office if the technician checked how many gallons of propane, we had in the tank (considering we had a leak!): the agent said "I don't have the information handy" - which is ridiculous. She promised she would ask management - who were supposed to reached out to the tech for his notes. We are still waiting. They would not schedule an emergency delivery (again, considering we had a leak!) because - they said - we are on the automatic delivery schedule😡. They are rude, condescending, dismissive and they talk over you when you are trying to get clarification. We are considering changing company.
Recommendation: DO NOT HIRE
